The location is excellent! Just 1 minute to reach the seaside. To reach the point for collection to tour buses is just 1minute also. Old Jaffa is seen in the window. You can also use the sun terrace with sea and sky view. Highly recommend this hotel.

Although breakfast is served 7-11a.m. at weekdays, we asked to give us just tea and pastry before this time (and via e-mail we have received the confirmation that we will receive it), but at the hotel we were told that this is impossible. So we have lost 2 of 3 of our breakfast. Actually it was better to order the room without breakfast and save money :)

The pillows and mattress were super. The location was directly across from the beach and close enough to the Carmel market and Bus connections. As a matter of fact it is only a 20min walk to Jaffa and there was always a strong wifi signal throughout.

There were some little things in the room that required some attention such as the front door would stick to the floor. The towel hook in the shower was broken and perhaps more light in the bathroom. The windows were dirty, hard to get a clear view.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The view from my room was stunning, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect—close to the sea and the city. The staff was exceptional, especially Rebecca, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast they offer is excellent, with a great variety of Mediterranean options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and an ideal location.

Great accommodation in prime location on the gorgeous Tel Aviv seafront and very close to beautiful, lively, historic Neve Tzedek. for half to a third of the cost you'd expect (there was also a special cellphone-only price when I booked.) Very, very comfortable king-size bed, and from the higher floors even the budget rooms have a view of the beach. Every single person on the staff was genuinely nice, helpful and efficient, and seemed to honestly like people. And when I mentioned the sensor light in my room was bothering me, they practically jumped and rushed up to dim it.

The windows were grubby, which is a pity with that view. The fridge was very loud so I unplugged it. I can imagine that on the first few floors, street noise might bother some people, so if you're sensitive maybe ask for a higher one.

Location was perfect! Beach views and great for a stroll through the beach. Close to Carmel market & old Town Jaffa. Great location for public transportation. There is a bus stop on main Street, just a 3 min walk from hotel & another directly at back. The rooms are small, but its manageable since you're not spending most of the time in your room. Go out & explore Tel Aviv! Orem & Tzlil were great throughout my check-in process. They served champagne as I waited. Kind gesture to have received an upgraded room as well. 🙂 Breakfast was also a great touch. Many options, wish I could have enjoyed more. The barista prepared a great cappuccino! If you happen to miss breakfast, theres a coffee shop a few doors down that is really good with fresh baked pastries. Hope to be back again soon!

Great hotel, great location and great staff. We booked this hotel last minute due to problems with a different accommodation and we are so glad we found it. It is perfectly located right across from a nice park and the seashore in Tel Aviv. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They offered us complimentary glass of Champaine at check in and one day we found a breakfast voucher nicely placed in our room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel has a very nice sun deck on the third floor with beds, jacuzzies, towels, refreshments and showers, all free for the hotel guests. The deck offers very nice views of the surrounding beaches and the Old Jaffa. Watching the sunsets from up there is such a nice way to end the day of exploring this vibrant city.

This is my forth stay in Tel Aviv and second in this hotel. Previous time we spent few days around New year's eve with my daughter and we liked it so much, that we have booked it her birthday in July this year:) I like the location, the strawberry popcorn is out of this world, sun terrace is with an amazing view in the afternoon, complimentary bicycles is another thing that we have enjoyed every day as Tel Aviv is so much fun to ride on a bicycle!

we were upgraded to the business lounge, but the fruits got bad because of the heat, so i would suggest using some ice for placement

Brown Brut has the best location between the center of Tel Aviv and the old town Jaffa, just in front of the beach. Everything is accessible by foot or by bike (there are free bikes for the hotel guests). The room was rather small but has everything you need during your stay and an amazing view. The staff is very welcoming and happy to help. Big thanks to the hotel manager and Alicia. The breakfast is exquisite. However the vibrant center of Tel Aviv is close, don’t forget to spend a night on the rooftop with hot tubs to enjoy the sunset. This hotel is all you are looking for in Tel Aviv!

The location was great, the room was comfortable and it was great value for the price. The lack of facilities didn't bother me as I was only sleeping in the room and was out the entire day.

There were no signs or indication of where the hotel entrance was located. I walked around looking for the building/entrance for over 30 minutes. I had the address, but nowhere in my information was it written that the hotel was in a building called "Beit Gaon" so I continuously passed it. I arrived at exactly 3:00 PM, did early check in, yet still had to wait 20+ minutes to get my room key.

Everything is perfect in this hotel!!! Location is great! Check in starts with a glass of cold brut at the reception, isn't it beautiful?) Rooms with a cool design, perfectly equipped, the bed was perfect. The breakfasts were so varied and delicious that it was difficult to choose. Nespresso coffee at breakfast - top! Patio is love!!! During the day, it is not hot here, and as a bonus, there are several points of delicious food for the locals. Special thanks to the staff, everyone from the reception to the general manager is as friendly as possible and ready to help 🙏. Every my request was not ignored. This is a level!!! So far, I have not met a better hotel for reasonable money in Tel Aviv. Brown Brut is ❤️
