My month-long stay at the Browns Seaside was spectacular! The managers exceptional attention and the amazing front desk team made me feel like a part of the hotel family. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, they made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire visit. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! (Make sure you add breakfast to your reservation. SO worth it! )The hotel has the view of the beautiful sunset and ocean. It’s really great location. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a memorable experience. Special thanks to Yossi the manager!! You guys are the best!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Brown Seaside hotel and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the high-end bathroom amenities. However, what really made our stay at the Brown Seaside hotel truly memorable was the exceptional service we received from Anastasia, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. Anastasia was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and was always on hand to provide helpful tips and recommendations. Her warm and friendly nature made us feel at home and we were truly grateful for all her efforts. Overall, I would highly recommend the Brown Seaside hotel and its exceptional staff to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel, which has a fun vibe. We appreciated that we were able to check in early and were given a room with a view of the sea. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Although coffee isn't available in the room, the reception staff make coffee on request, and we enjoyed several cups during our stay. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and we were given complimentary fruit and a couple of cocktails. The location is good in that it is close to the beach while also being very near Ben Gurion Blvd., a nice street where you can walk on the path in the center. We didn't get the breakfast, but it looked very good.

The negative part about the location is that it's at a less charming part of HaYarkon St. where some of the short walk is through a safe, but rundown part of the beach walkway. But, it is very short, and once you are on the beach, it's beautiful.

We requested early checkin, and we tried to know whether we can get the rooms early or not. We called the day before and also on the day of arival and we got a standard reply that they will try to get the room ready but they can't promise anything. Eventually I got a response that the rooms are already ready but that was 2 hours before checkin and we have 2 hours drive so it didn't help us. We checked in at 15:00. It could help alot if the hotel can tell a head of time that the rooms will be ready to alow guests time to plan ahead.

This hotel made me feel like at home. The location nearby the beach was excellent, the room spacious and cosy. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional.

The amount of e-mails received from the facility: a couple of "urgent reminders" in advance to make an online check-in, if that is totally feasible upon arrival. Receiving e-mails and messages during the stay to ask how the stay is going, when instead the receptionnist could ask that in person. Maybe some people like to be continuously connected, but I consider it as digital trash that should be reduced.

This hotel has so much to offer! We were given excellent check-in service (in spite of the fact that we came in at nearly 1 in the morning) and loved our comfortable and attractive room with a spacious terrace. In the morning, we were given a complimentary cup of the most delicious coffee I’ve been served these past three weeks in the Middle East. The hotel is ideally situated for tourists; we had a delightful walk along the beach boardwalk that extends all the way to Old Joffa, if you are so inclined. The price was a relative bargain, given the location and amenities offered. Thank you, Brown Seaside Hotel!

We booked for a short stay as a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Following my preliminary request, the hotel provided us with connecting rooms which was very convenient for us. The staff deserves a 10+, very friendly, helpful and efficient. There is an ample buffet breakfast which is somewhat pricey - but this is Tel-Aviv where nothing is cheap these days. Great location, convenient lobby where hot and cold drinks are available round the clock, the rooms not too big but comfortable and the shower clean and convenient. Perhaps due to the off-season, but the price-to-quality ratio was excellent against the TLV accommodation market.

This is not a dislike but the room locks are operated via a link sent to your mobile phone. It may sound like an oldtimer but I kind of like the key cards better. Again, not a disadvantage at all.

Brown Seaside was an absolute surprise for me and my mom who was traveling with me! We stayed for one night on the way to another place, but we also decided without any doubts to have another night on the way back. Everything was incredible, starting with a glass of champagne on the front desk and ending with entirely comfortable room (which was even upgraded for us for free) with a lot of greatest compliments. So cosy, so clean, so sweet and delicious! Just as the front desk team. They are impossibly cute and helpful! Thank you very much, and we hope to see you very soon! Highly recommended.

The staff was super fantastic, and this made all the difference between an average stay and a really good one. Thank you to everyone. Because of that alone, I would return to this hotel. It was just pleasant to be there, to hang in the lobby in the afternoon or linger after breakfast. Better than a cafe. Thanks again!

The big draw back for us was the fact that we reserved a queen size bed and got two twins pushed together. Not so great for a couple. Also, the room was a bit small and missing a table/desk. I thought the lobby furniture could have used a good cleaning.

We could not heat our leftover food as there was no microwave facility. Also they don’t heat outside food as it is not Kosher. Recommend the have a microwave at each room or each floor level or at the lobby for general use of the residents.
