Terrific location and great staff. My room was small, but adequate. Very good breakfast. I liked having a small fridge in the room as well.

They could spend a little more money on furnishings and towels, both of which seemed kind of cheap. I was also surprised that they did not have arrangements with other hotels for prepaid Shabbat dinners, since they don’t offer lunch or dinner.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to. The customer service was exemplary! The staff were all so friendly and very accommodating. Initially I booked my stay for 7 days and then decided to stay for 10 but the hotel was full for the last 3 days so I had to book into another hotel for the last 3 days. However, I then extended my ticket for another 4 days but rather than stay where I was, I returned to the Prima and was so glad I did. I would 100% stay here again; purely on the basis that the customer service was so good. Additionally, the location is amazing, only a 1 minute walk to the beach.

- Staff was truly great, smiling all the time, always super responsive and helpful. - Location is great, you are just by the beach. - Breakfast was good and you can take it while looking at the sea. - Clean : Cleaning crew was super fast to work, and everyday the room was perfectly clean.

There are 2 main points that prevented the stay to be really perfect : - Noise : Windows are doing a poor job from barring sounds from the street. Even during a low activity period (April) and being in a high floor, hearing absolutely everything going on in the street was too much. Also soundproofing between rooms is really not good. - Wifi : the signal was way too weak everywhere in the room and at all times.

The bathroom was very small. The area can get very noisy at night.

People at the reception were all super helpful and friendly, with Tomer deserving of a grand price in hospitality! They helped me out any way they could which is much appreciated, especially (and this is a personal case, I know..) when traveling to a country where do cannot read the language and warning written on food products, but do have a food allergy. I could always trust on them to help me out. Got a free room update as well, which made my stay even better. Location is ocean front, and almost unbeatable. Dizengoff Str. nearby.

I would like to say nothing bcs they did everything they could to please, but once I had a dirty glass in my room and the toilet was not completely clean the first day.

The staff was excellent, we were supposed to be there from Oct.6-9, but less than a day into our stay the attack happened. The staff kept us well informed, advised us on what to do, made sure everyone went to the bomb shelter, had water and stayed calmed. We were lucky to manage a ride to the land crossing into Jordan on Sunday morning and they even helped us cancel our stay at Prima King in Jerusalem and reimbursed us for the day we did not use at your hotel. I wish I had their names to thank personally for their professional handling of this horrific event and we pray we will be able to come back to this beautiful country in a near future. Praying for Israel.

The food, but we only had lounge food on the Saturday we could not get out of the hotel, so I understand they were operating on very stressed circumstances!

Where do I start? The hotel staff bent backwards to make our stay more enjoyable. The communication prior to arrival - great and I got answers within minutes. They let us in early, and ensured we got all we needed. Also, staff asked for feedback during our stay, so if anything was not completely fine, they were willing to improve whatever necessary (no such need occured). Let me list me bullet points: - local breakfast served in a nearby restaurant (same building) with stunning sea view - free coffee in the lobby - impeccably clean - room equipped with a small fridge, hair dryer, safe deposit box (no extra charge), coffee machine, kettle, working A/C - water bottles replenished daily; free cold water and fruits in the reception - unbeatable location - beach, supermarkets and restaurants all within 5 min walk - several bus lines stop nearby - no balconies, but there is a terrace on reception level suitable for a cigarette or a beer

We ordered a taxi cab through reception, asking specifically for credit card payment. The cab arrived on time and took us to the airport, but there it turned out that card payment is not possible, since the driver had no card reader. We ended up paying an overcharged fee in Euro - luckily we had some banknotes on us.

One of the most guest friendly hotels...excellent food, very helpful staff, very efficient housekeeping and neat and clean premises!! The staff and management went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel staff booked all our tours for us and made sure we were picked and dropped at the door step making it so convinient for us. Huge breakfast spread and any amount of coffee and tea on the house. All the best Prima Tel Aviv...may you keep doing so well. Way to go!!

We were comfortable and liked everything.

The hotel has an exceptional beachfront location with spectacular water views. You can enjoy watching sunsets or indulge in people watch along the famous Tel Aviv beach promenade right from your room window. The room and the shower were clean and comfortable. The hotel decor is cozy and inviting. Friendly service by the front desk managers Kareem and Saher. Saher was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating! We loved staying here. Will recommend this place to our relatives and friends.

Everything was to our liking.

We had an initial problem when we first got in on December 31st but by January 1st. the General Manager Saher corrected all the problems moved us to an upgraded room. And made sure that we were comfortable at every level. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Truly excellent service. Breakfast was great and is really complete with everything one would want for a healthy breakfast.

Any problem that we had was immediately repaired and compensated for. Truly excellent five star service
