The bed was super comfy. We got a free upgrade to a sea view room as well as got a box of chocolates for my boyfriends birthday. Thank you so much Orchid for that!!! Really made the trip. Location was fantastic, walk away from the beach, right next to the bus stops for easy access, McDonalds and bars around the hotel. Was lovely!!

Olga, receptionist, didn’t explain properly at the end of our stay regarding the deposit. She made it very confusing to understand. She made it seem like we needed to pay more at the end of the stay however we already paid the full money plus deposit in the beginning. Meanwhile she just needed a signature and the remaining deposit will be sent back. Still awaiting the deposit to go back into my account..

This hotel is for people who need a good rest. It's located close to the beach, near are places where you can eat/drink, though there is also room service if you wish. Hotel manager offered to me a free room service one day (drinks and something sweet), it was very unexpected and nice. Shortly before my departure I had a small problem with room equipment, the staff accepted my complaints and order for me a free taxi to railway station. It was very good solution for both sides and showed that the staff cares about the hotel reputation.

I notified staff regarding a small issue in my room (blinking light in bathroom), however it was not fixed. I also think that there could be a booklet/free map of TA, together with recommended places to visit/eat.

The location is great , we had the luxe room with balcony and panoramic view , the service was excellent , very helpful and generous stuff . We were welcomed with nice refreshments in the room : soft drinks, wine . Coffee machine and tasty coffee . Small but cozy outdoor swimming pool , the elevators were always fast to arrive

The hotel in general need a bit of renovations and modernization.

Fantastic location ,clean and comfortable bedroom with everything you need . They kindly gave me a bottle of wine , some biscuits and soft drinks which was very unexpected . Water was placed in the room every day .Nice pool which is only small but a lovely outlook . On arrival the gentleman was friendly and saw I was a little scared of lifts so he came with me to show me to my room which they don’t usually do there .

The housekeeping service wasn’t always so great . They didn’t do very much sometimes .

Stayed for the month of July, and it was honestly a home away from home. The staff are so welcoming, accommodating, caring and friendly. The pool area over looks the sea- it’s perfect for a good relax in the sun. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here. Great location and security. I really felt safe, loved and welcomed during my long stay. Will definitely be returning.

The views directly out to Sea from the dining room and reception areas were amazing ,also the views from our bedroom window on the 15th.floor looking out over the beach and sea beyond ,with incredible sunsets. The breakfast selection was endless and the restaurant manager a head banger .

The only real criticism was that the window in the room didn’t function properly ,and the air conditioning/heater control was damaged ,and the shower could have been a little cleaner.

My stay was nice. Very kind and professional at the reception ( thank you a lot Ben and Vincent ) and Shelly ( manager guest relation ) : they wish always to know each time, if every thing is perfect for us. Nice room from we can see the sea but I prefer when there are less people, a lot of people for Purim. Very good breakfast and Avi is funny and nice. Cleaning was good and quiet the morning when we sleep. Thank you for this nice stay :-)

I would like to thank all the Team of Orchid hotel for outstanding level of service and care during my stay. the hotel is very pleasant and modern in terms of facilities and perfectly located upfront the best beach in Tel Aviv. I would recommend this place to everybody who wants to feel comfortable and safe during holidays. breakfasts were delicious. definitely a place to come back again.

great location: beach and city centre. room with rather big balcony and sea view is exceptional (for solo traveller. maybe for two the room could be too small). window with sea view from the shower is wonderful. comfortable bed. lots of restaurant, cafes, shops around. taxi station is just in front of the entrance. elevator right to the seafront. good value for this money. the staff is nice and polite.

The room was clean and comfort with all the needed facilities.

Overall, the hotel needs better maintenance and 'refreshment'; it feels like it is past its best days. It is felt in the public areas as well in the room.
