We had a fantastic stay, the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was great right off the 401 which made for convient travel. The breakfast was fantastic had lots of options and hott options as well ,eggs bacon and sausage as well as potatoes and beans. The beds were very comfortable! The room was perfect size for our family of 4.

My only downside of the room I'd say was the tub is very slippery and there is no non slip mat. And our toilet didn't want to flush very well.

Close to the 401. I requested a quiet room away from the elevator. Was upgraded to a spacious King Suite, in a quiet end corridor, beyond the breakfast room. Smiling friendly staff.

When I saw the high stairway leading to the front entrance, the hotel didn’t seem very accessible. But I was kindly informed about the convenient side door at the parking area. Perhaps there should be a prominent sign at the front, indicating the option of using the ground level entrance around the corner.

I liked that there was hot breakfast and provided a variety as well. I also liked that the sink was outside the bathroom and other people can use the sink/mirror. I also liked that there was plenty of counter space in the room to place our bags, etc.

The reception area felt a little underwhelming. it needs to be more inviting. more signs should be posted for where the breakfast room is and also for the ice/vending machines. I was in room 107 and the sign said for our floor to go to the vending machine all the way down the hallway when there should have been a sign stating if you take the stairs up, there is one there as well. The elevator wasn't working (even though we were going to us it, others may need to).

Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Very helpful staff, Niki was a very good breakfast assistant. My room had a microwave, a coffee maker that used pods and a small bar fridge. TV was a decent size.

Update the bathroom’s. Change all the lighting to LED, remove CFL, more efficient and better for the environment.

Welcoming staff Functional room with good-size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Nicely planted courtyard with BBQ. Easy access from the 401 and close to the Oshawa-Durham GO Station.

The room was very functional with laminate flooring. Looking at who else was staying - mostly contractors - this made sense. Breakfast was also functional, especially the coffee (no taste).

This is an older hotel that offers good value for money. But the stand out element is the STAFF. I stayed 5 days and interacted with perhaps 8 staff people and the manager and all of them were flat out excellent. Friendly, professional, and efficient.

I did not appreciate that the toilet paper was 3/4 used already, really don’t want to use something someone else may have had their hands all over. There was not a spare roll on the room either. The tv cable also went out in the duration of the night, had no signal

I like that it was close by to everything that was needed for our stay. Malls, restaurants and event centre which was our purpose for the visit. We liked the breakfast included in the morning. We especially liked the staff. Very very friendly. Taylor was the lady at the front desk who helped us. She was very sweet and pleasant. She conducted herself with professionalism and respect. She is a great representative of the company.

Room was clean, bed and couch were comfortable. Liked the big TV. Breakfast was good. Very helpful front desk clerk who helped when I reported my mirowave wasn't working.

The floor I was on was a little bit noisy up till close to midnight. I would have liked a hair dryer in the room. Couldn't connect my phone or tablet to the wifi so had to have my PC out.

Had great stay location for us was perfect ..went to go station train to Toronto for don toliver concert lol no not a swifty...lol I would really like to thank all of your staff and front desk especially Karan talked for couple hrs actually ..hope it's OK please tell her she's great ...you are lucky to have her ..great person
