Very pleasant room with excellent view from 22nd floor . Very clean and fresh and well equipped . I was impressed by there being a microwave . Bed comfortable with nice linen . Good coffee maker and selection of teas . Good sized room and storage space . The staff were polite and kindly gave us complimentary breakfast tickets . Good selection on buffet breakfast and very attentive staff at breakfast . We also enjoyed our evening meal with helpful staff .

The area was not ideal and felt a bit run down . Car park difficult to access with large vehicle . Long walk with luggage from car park to main hotel going on lifts , sky walk and lifts again .

I like the convenience of the location. It is centrally located in downtown Regina. There is a pedal across to the Casino. And also to the Cornwall Centre (mall). The bed was very comfortable

There are very few restaurants in the area unless you want to eat fast food at the mall. The area is pretty much closed down after 6:00 pm so you can’t go for a walk outside I think the carpet in the rooms needs replacing as it looked grungy although the room was clean. Some people might find it noisy because of the train traffic but I actually enjoyed hearing the trains whistle

Everything about this property from the minute we registered in till we checked out It was absolutely amazing So friendly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay totally awesome 👏 The restaurant staff also was amazing Definitely recommend this property

Absolutely nothing was wrong

Location The room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Room not ready at the time indicated 4pm. We were told it would be about another 1/2 hour. We left our phone number to be alerted when we could complete our checkin. No one called us. After an hour we checked and our room was ready. We heard excuses, but they knew we had a reservation

staff was excellent the, room was great. requested high floor room and they put us up on the 24th floor! pool area was nice. didn't try the restaurant but it looked decent the hotel is connected to the parkade, casino, and a large mall via sky-walk.

parking was a bit of a mess. the parkade is attached to the hotel via a sky-walk but for whatever reason the walkway was not accessible from the parkade side. so unless you have someone waiting inside the hotel to open the door you have to go down to street level and cross the busy street. in addition to this the elevator in parkade was non functioning so going down the stairs with your heavy bags are your only option. if your in a wheelchair avoid the parkade at least parking was free

Room was very spacious. Location was easy to find. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Front desk agents were quick to assist and answer questions.

Parking was a little confusing and the one door was locked and we had to wait in the parkade for the security to come let us in, when the front desk said that we only needed our key card to let us back in. The bed had broken springs.

Booked to stay at a conference. Loved everything, clean, good location, good value for money, great view of the Great White Prairie!

Not a thing! Got hungry late and walked over the the neighboring hotel to buy some Ramen. Could have a snack dispenser handy. But it is a higher class hotel so I understand why not.

Breakfast was superb! The location was also excellent, my only complaint was the parkade; I drove a truck and wasn't able to access the parkade due to height between floors in the parkade.

Great location, easy access to downtown. Staff were incredibly helpful. We only stayed for one night so couldn't make use of any of the facilities but enjoyed having the possibility to go anyway.

I liked that there was access to the mall and casino from our room!

The King size bed didn’t feel like a full King.. it was a little smaller than the one I have at home.
