I was staying in Nice for a few days and needed a reasonably comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The Campanile ticked both boxes. I had a car so the distance to the town centre didn't matter. I found a parking space each day in the hotel garage although spaces were limited (August) (otherwise there's public parking nearby apparently). I didn't expect luxury but the room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The check-in staff were courteous and the bar staff friendly.

I had to ask for two small towels in addition to the two large ones supplied

Receptionist friendly and efficient. We appreciated our room being available early. New room, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Cold buffet meals were good value with a huge choice. Dining room staff were excellent, helpful explaining the options, efficient and watchful. We were sorry to abandon the excellent breakfast after a flight change. The lift security system was good. Appreciated emails with guidance on airport access. For the location, comfort and quality of food, this represented good value compared with nearby hotels.

We didn't like leaving such a good breakfast. Hot buffet not great. Shelf by hanging space was dangerous with corner above the suitcase area. A small point.

Location, wifi all great. Brisk check in.. Easy stay for airport and just three mins from T1. Rooms have good features like mirror doesn't mist, optional extra pillows, environmental scheme. Fair pricing for airport. Rooms small but well laid out

Dinner buffet is geared to meat eating and if you're not a flesh-eater they make you pay the same price for a fairly limited salad plate - €14 may be good value for a buffet of hams and pates and tuna fishes. But for a few tomatoes and humus it was disappointing value

It's next to the airport so you don't have to go far if you're flying in. We arrived in Nice before check-in time but they let us leave our suitcases at the hotel while we went to explore Nice. The tram line is nearby so you can easily get to the city center. The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, the blankets were so fluffy, the pillows were perfect. The cups, tea, coffee and coffee cream were restocked daily. It was clean and pleasant. There was AC in the room. It was very nice for the price.

The electric kettle was leaking at the bottom a bit, it should be replaced. There wasn't a fan in our bathroom to help air it out. The hairdryer was a bit weak. But overall these are minor inconveniences.

The hotel is good, the staff is accommodating, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and pleasant. The rooms are functional and it's convenient for a short stay.

One pillow was very uncomfortable and hard. The keys often demagnetize, so they need to be reactivated at the reception. Early in the morning, the fire alarm went off, and people were fleeing down the fire escape stairs while the hotel staff casually chatted. They should have quickly turned off the alarm and informed guests that there was no fire.

Pleasant stay here and the staff were lovely especially Lenry & Aleida who work at the restaurant. Close to the airport and tram stops so it was really easy to get on a tram and go to the next town.

There was no evening entertainment at the hotel as stated in the booking and everywhere seemed to shut really early. We took a train too which was an awful experience as it was rammed and coming back I tried to pull my 2 daughters on the train with me and the doors shut and nearly took my arm off. Luckily my daughters are adults so they waited for the next train while I made my way back alone. It made us all very anxious and have vowed never to take the train again!

The staff were friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions, including very promt replies to messages sent via booking.com previous to our arrival. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel. Both were buffets and both were very good and quite reasonably priced. The hotel is situated near to Nice airport. A short walk to terminal 1, then a free train, which runs very regularly from terminal 1 to terminal 2 was very convenient.

There is nothing we didn't like. The room was lovely but a little more storage space would probably be required if the stay is more than 3-4 days.

Comfortable bed, walking distance from the airport.

Strong smell to paint in the room. Dinner was low quality. Confusing instructions to arrive from the airport. Advice: do not follow google maps indications or airport signs. They will lead you to an almost impossible path to surpass with luggage. Don't go underneath the main road. Cross the street at the level of the cars and walk right immediately after crossing.

Handy for the airport. Good breakfast choices.

We stayed two nights, once at the beginning and once at the end of our holiday. On both occasions we received e mails to say our credit card was invalid. This caused stress just before a holiday. Checked with our bank and all good. Card accepted without question on arrival, yet same thing happened on our second night. Obviously a fault your end which should be fixed. Fortunately the receptionist was very helpful.

everything was great - especially the air conditioning on a very hot night. Close to airport but totally sound proof rooms.

Directions - we arrived at the airport late at night and had no idea of how to get to the hotel. It would be so simple to have directions on the reservation form saying take the tram to the first stop.
