Close to the airport for an overnight stay. Surprisingly easy to to take the local 635 bus to the airport with the stop right outside the hotel. (Finding the stop for the bus at the airport was a little more difficult. It's signposted from the terminal, but then the signs stop once you reach the outside plaza in between Terminals 1 & 2). Best advice for this is, once you find the FC Bayern Munich fan shop, go up the escalator that's immediately next to it. The bus stop on the upper level right in front of the escalator. Spacious bedroom was lush, complimentary water, coffee, and chocolate bar. :)

The buffet was quite expensive and not that great. 20€ per plate. Breakfast, I think, was quoted at being 21€. I waited until I got to the airport and used the lounge instead.

Simple but has everything you need as a rest stop. Good value for money.

No hotel shuttle, ignore the "Novotel bus" sign at airport. Use the 635 bus, but bus stop was tricky to find from the airport, signs weren't obvious, and was extra stress after a long day of travel.

Very convenient place to stay when needing to be near the airport. We are a family of four, two smallish kids (10 and 7). The room was a little tight with the sofa-bed pulled out, but fine. The bathroom was nice, and the separate toilet was a delight.

It is actually a little farther from the airport and the train than I was expecting. We had to walk quite a distance from the train station across an office park to arrive at the hotel, and getting to the airport in the morning is by public bus, which is crammed to capacity with hotel guests each time it arrives. The bus takes about 10 minutes, but I advise buying the tickets in advance at the hotel reception (when you check in).

Very good location, near the airport which is accessible by regular bus or train connection. Room was big, quiet and clean. Personnel was very friendly. Tasty breakfast with an interesting idea in the restaurant- "tea house". Another good idea - fast checkout, where you just drop the card into a box and go, which saved time for me and a personell.

No desk in my room; small table and armchair instead. I stayed only for one night, came in the evening and was leaving in the morning early, but if would have a need to work a little bit on laptop, this would be an inconvenience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very good and had A/C. Complimentary coffee and flavoured water in the lobby. Close to the airport and the visitors´ park. Ten minutes away from train to airport or downtown.

Parking is fairly expensive, given that there is no underground garage, just exterior spots around the hotel (the barrier was also broken when we arrived). The restaurant was open only from 6 PM to 10 PM (which is somewhat strange for a hotel next to the airport). We had a room with windows to the interior courtyard and there was a constant on and off noise similar to a vacuum cleaner or a fan.

The bus 365 is directly outside the airport on the main road to the hotel that took 2 stops to get to the Hoel (do not walk) and it was only a few euros, on the way back they did not even charge. The bus stop is in from of the hotel which was very convenient indeed. The room was big and bathroom excellent, no problems with the room at all we had a lovely bed and very clean. The breakfast has a great choice and was well staffed. This is an excellent hotel near the airport and we did not know what we were getting as we had to start at the last minute so the level of the hotel was a relief.

All good, no problems.

The hotel is strategically positioned with convenient access to public transportation, facilitating travel to downtown Munich and the airport. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism in assisting with transportation logistics. The Novotel team is undoubtedly customer-oriented, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, which seems to be a common experience with European accommodations. It would be great if breakfast could be included, especially for members of ALL-Accor Live Limitless.

Easy drive to the hotel with a petrol station nearby in case you need to refill before returning a rented vehicle at airport. Parking at hotel is free for an hour then charged, 25€ per day. Checkin process is as smooth , lobby modern with a comfortable and modern waiting area. The room was reasonable size, with good temperature control, comfortable bed ( all family slept really well) toilet and shower were modern and good. Breakfast was great, plenty of options with hot and cold drinks. Taxis readily available at door step also a bus stop right infront with buses taking to terminals every 10 minutes.

We like staying in Novotel Munich airport and have done so for many years. It’s very convenient before flying home and upon arrival getting over the jet lag. Convenient even for more than an overnight,the S Ban to the city of Munich is nearby. Our only negative comments are: the air in the rooms is stuffy but they let us air it out which is most helpful and the single beds are a bit too narrow,one can actually fall off while turning in the sleep. Other that that: excellent bedding, we like the new look,renovations are great,very good and varied breakfast and it will remain our choice of hotel for as long as we will be coming to Munich! The room was very comfortable and quiet. Check-in and out was very fast. It's close to the airport. The lobby bar looked nice but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. Free coffee in the lobby.

Not the hotel's fault, but I mistakenly thought this hotel was in the airport. It's actually two bus stops away. The bus comes every 10 minutes, but we did not allow for big crowds trying to get onto the bus. So we ended up waiting at the stop for about 25 minutes before we squeezed onto one, which was a little stressful. Had I known I might have just got a taxi, even though it's so close.
