Lovely big room, that was clean and comfortable. As it was at the front of the hotel, it faced a main road, and so I was awoken by the sound of traffic and trams in the morning, but it honestly wasn't a problem, and I still slept very well. Higher end toiletries were provided, and there was tea and coffee making facilities, as well as complimentary bottled water, nuts and sweets, which were replenished daily. The breakfast was included in the price of the room, and was fabulous - so much choice, and everything high quality. They had plenty of vegetarian options, and vegan options too, as well as gluten free. The location of the hotel was excellent - very near to public transport links, and reasonable walking distance to the old town of Nuremberg.

There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like.

The hotel is located near the central train station which is very convenient. Near within walking distance of the city center with attractions, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very convenient and fast check-in. The room is clean and the air conditioning works which is very important in summer. The hotel has a wellness and sauna.

The room with a large single bed has a very large blanket that is hard to lift and just not comfortable. Two separate blankets would have been better. Also about TV .. few entertainment channels .. only news or sports .. there was nothing to watch

Perfect hotel for going to Rock im Park. Great staff and the fact they had printed copies of the festival site map was a nice touch - as was the fact they all had their band t.shirts on during the festival duration. Near the old town and train station so the hotel is perfect for exploring from. Room was a good size, bed was giant, and the drinks voucher offer in place of room cleaning is a nice green initiative.

The bar opening times wasn't always clear, but not a real issue, just the only thing I can write in here. Everything else was good.

The welcome - water, fruit, Lillie’s available gratis in foyer, jigsaw etc very friendly welcoming staff at desk and bar; easy access to station - a walk and also to altstadt - a short walk. Comfortable room

Attention to room cleaning - welcome bottle of water was empty and top still in opener on shelf; washer left on floor in bathroom/ not big issues but indicated attentiveness or lack of

I like the location. also the people at front desk, service; and breakfast was really good, everybody was nice and kind.

we got robbed in our room, somebody had intruded to our room while we were asleep, there is no other explanation. This person took my wallet and emptied my husband’s wallet. And they threw mine into the hall to make believe I lost it. Hotel says they do not have surveillance cameras so there is no way to see who did it. We are waiting for a new response from them.

The hotel is in a great location, near the train station downtown. We were in town for the Christmas Market and it was a very reasonable walk. The hotel was overall nicer than I expected, with very upscale, modern decor.

Our only challenge was that the front desk seemed to be under-staffed. We had to wait for several minutes to check in and again to check out. It wasn't horrible, and the staff were clearly trying their best, but it seemed to ALWAYS be busy at the front desk.

This was our second stay at this NH Collection so when we knew we were visiting again, NH Collection was our #1 choice and luckily we could all stay there. Everything was very good, food, location, rooms, & staff. Really appreciate the amenities in the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of very good options - no one goes away hungry and the presentation is lovely. The location is just superb - very close to old town, the market, shopping and people watching.

Rooms were good size and pretty clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Rection staff is very kind and quite willing to help

Car Parking is not the Parking but Car Breaking spot. You can put the Car in the garrage, but it is herculean task to take the car out, particularly if the Car is bigger. I had Q7 Audi. It was impossible to take out the Car from exit side as there is no space. Eventually, I had to call the receptionist, who came in the garrage to help me. Only way was to take the car out from the entry side. The receptionist was kind enough to help me for driving the car out from the entry side bypassing the entry barrier manually Probably they knew this trick, as they were quite aware that bigger cars can't go out. Believe me, it is dangerous.

The hotel was beautiful - very modern and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We traveled with our two dogs and everyone was accommodating and welcoming to them, which isn't often the case. We ordered room service for dinner and the staff was so friendly and generous - they even gave us a free appetizer to try.

The green space was really limited for the dogs - we had to walk a few blocks to find a park. This is probably more an issue with Nürnberg as opposed to the hotel.

- There were no some essentials (like shoehorn or slippers). However, they gave them to us on request. - Breakfast price is expensive: 20€ per person - Room was relatively small
