The breakfast included was amazing and everything you would like is available. Staff are so friendly especially Claire the breakfast supervisor. Nothing is too much trouble. The house keeping staff keep the rooms spotless. The evening meals are good quality. Free parking and great for people with disabilities

Work was going on with electrics and improving Internet speed Internet kept flickering.

Lovely hotel! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was a great size for us and our dog, and very clean. Dove shampoo and bodywash is provided. Breakfast was lovely with a range of English breakfast items (eggs, bacon, sausages etc) as well as croissants, muffins, yoghurt and cereals. Parking was easy as there are plenty of spaces, and the outdoor area is nice, too.

Only thing I would complain about is the food prices. £16 for a pizza is steep. Having said that, there didn't appear to be an issue with ordering food to eat in our room.

The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere with the staff being very polite and welcoming also efficient. The breakfast was very tasty. We liked that dogs are welcome here. We had a fairly comfortable nights sleep the bed was clean and comfy.

Unfortunately there was a lot of construction work being done outside of the hotel as one goes into the car park it’s also very difficult to see the disabled parking. The wet room although initially looked clean and smelled nice on closer inspection on the pull down shower seat there was a lot of ingrained dirt on it and the “shower tray” really needs to be replaced for it to make one feel clean.

The breakfast selection was good with a choice of full English or cereals, toast, croissant, yogurts etc although we didn't find any fruit juices on offer. The hotel did provide us with a quieter room as per our request which we were grateful for.

When packing to leave we always check that nothing had gone under the beds & we were quite surprised to find items of what looked like food under one of the beds so clearly the cleaners had not been particularly thorough in their cleanliness which is a shame as the hotel & staff were very nice.

We always stay at this hotel as it is in a perfect location for easy access to thr M61 / M60 / M6. We always go to the Traddord Shopping Centre as its only 30 minutes from this hotel. Plus we always visit Preston Town centre which is ideal for another shopping day. This has a lovely lounge to chill out in and have a few drinks, staff are lovely and always helpful. Loads of free parking on site.

Thr Breafast needs to have more cooked items. They offer many alternatives but for the last 3 years or so, it is the same 4 items that are cooked. Bacon / sausages/ Scrambled Egg / Beans. The Jam etc for toast is now in a bowl instead of little tubs and they have got rid of marmite totally. I like branded foods and with the complements for the toast now in bowls, you could be eating cheap value brands. The butter and marg are still in little tubs, so you know what your eating. This is cost saving but no reduction in cost of rooms etc.. Premier inn do a better selection on food to be honest.

Room was very clean and fresh smelling asked for extra pillows was not a problem able to get dinner at 8.30 pm without problems it was very nice, breakfast was ok eggs were a bit tasteless I don’t think they were fresh had a taste of powder egg but the rest was ok buffet style witch was good so you could have as much as you wanted staff are extremely friendly and helpful 10/10 for customer service well done

Easy to find easy access to the motor way brilliantly located

I have stayed here a couple of times because the location is great, just off the motorway. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and the breakfast is great. I like the fact the food is always hot. Great budget hotel.

I can’t say there is anything to dislike about this hotel, given it’s probably used by most for a brief stay. I wouldn’t stay here for a holiday as it lacks facilities such as a gym etc… but I don’t thinks that’s what it’s intended for.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice large bedroom and Wi-Fi worked well. Large shower with good water flow.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Tiling grout in shower dirty (mouldy?). TV very basic - no smart functions such as BBC iPlayer or Netflix. Bed matresses were not great - could feel the base below and if one of you turned over in bed, your partner would be bounced around - however, that said, we both had a good nights sleep.

The room facilities were very nice and clean, and the staff pleasant and helpful. The location was also very good, almost straight off the motorway.

I had cereal and tea for breakfast. Having the milk on the cereal bar and the sugar on the tea bar, next to each other, seemed to create a bit of confusion as people had to cross back and forth unnecessarily between the two. If there is only one milk dispenser, it should be central to both, with sugar in both areas. Otherwise, everything seemed fine.

Staff were very good, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Premises were easy to find, great access from the motorway and cleanliness was good.

There was only one comfy chair in the double room to lounge about on or watch TV. Bed was the biggest issue though - very uncomfortable, felt springs through the mattress, it just seemed old and of poor quality which did not give us a comfortable nights sleep.
