I like everything about it, except the cigarette burns all over the place. Cigarette burns on the covers, sheets, tub edge sink, carpet. The doors have dirty hand prints. The walls, the light switches. The ligh fixtures have dead light bugs and a live spider by the entrance. The door doesn't close all the way and there was no ice machine or complimentary bottle water in the room. I was able to sleep very good and rest. Other than that It is not a bad place. Update the rooms or fix them up alot.

From the clean room to the refreshing bath amenities, the Motel 6 was a refreshing change from the dim place I stayed at years ago in California where there was one bulb in the room for the light to be left on for me! (◠‿◕) It was bright and smelled freshly laundered and not even a piece of lint or a hair anywhere to be seen. Great work, friendly staff and a quiet, safe environment. Our car had all of it's tires in the morning, and we felt very safe staying here. Highly recommend.

There was no cool robot coming to our door interacting with us like some other motel or hotel did on a TikTok video, but frankly, I didn't come here to interact with an AI - I came here for a good night's rest. Comfy bed, great environment for a peaceful slumber, and just a great place to relax. Way to go!

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. The room was comfortable and semi clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean so I slept great. The location was ok. Close to stores and public transportation which was a plus for me cause this was my first time in Phoenix AZ.

I didn't like how the bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair all in the shower even on the walls and bench in the shower. There was hair on the sink and on the base of the toilet. Just completely grossed me out. If the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned it would've been a 10 outta 10 for me. Also I didn't like that it was noisy outside in the middle of the night and the people above me was very loud.

Location is great, and the staff is very friendly.

Transients or homeless people would gather on the stairwell and smoke whatever they were smoking. It definitely was not cigarettes. Made my wife uncomfortable. They even sat right in front of our room door and we could hear a constant flick of a lighter.

Staff was amazing and place was very quite. With John gone most of the time here it was nice to know that security was 24hrs a day! Thanks Motel 6 and we will be back!!

the front desk clerk, Mickie, or Nikki, she's there in the day time, treated me like a human with empathy and respect, l know she calls the manager, " Boss Man" she went above and beyond to help me out. She is awesome

The people have been good.

I needed and need a place to stay. But have to leave for a day then come back. That's inconvenient. The price could be better. But lucky to find it as the heat\humidity is giving me problems. At beginning had trouble with keys working. The people have been good.

nothing everything was how I would want my property and the staff was outstanding both the house keeping and staff members up front Including everyone who works there

No breakfast served. This was an emergency situation. Stayed two months. Close to work allowed my dog. But can't afford it any longer. Homeless as I can't afford all the up front costs of an apt\room. The the staff was great.

The price especially on weekends.

The office staff was exceptional. Very positive and upbeat. The ice machine worked. I loved that.
