The facilities worked quickly and efficiently with any issues that presented themselves. The staff assisting with checking/checking out we're very efficient and accommodating as well.

Another shower curtain for the shower to prevent water getting out and/or a designated bin for used towels would be appreciated.

My boyfriend and I loved the guy at the front desk when we first arrived and checked in. He was kind and funny and honestly made our night. I forgot his name but he was working the evening at around 5:30- 6pm on the 3rd of December. Loved the room as well we have never been in a room so big with all the necessities you need.

I did not like the fact that on the day we were leaving that we had room service knocked on our door at 10:40am when checkout is at 11am and when telling them we were changing that they didn't know someone was in the room since someone had checked out already. My boyfriend and I never left the room to check out.. so how was the room already checked out. Also when we were actually leaving and bringing the room keys to the front desk to ACTUALLY check out the girl at the front desk while being on her phone just said "oh ok" and when i put the cards down and started to walk away proceeded to asked me what room we were in. I found it very unprofessional.

The property itself could use some sprucing up but it was neat and clean, the breakfast was good, the location perfect. Not surrounded by noisy businesses, it was nestled in the woods and as a result was very quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If we ever return to the casinos in Norwich-Mystic we will probably stay here again.

I've stayed here twice now when going to Mystic. It's about 20 minutes from Mystic, but the price is hard to beat and the "spa" room has a double door divider to allow our young child to sleep before us. This hotel is a cheap option to allow us to spend money on other parts of the trip.

Very good breakfast!

Comfortable clean and great staff. We came in fairly late and I have a foot injury so i do not walk the best, the front desk clerk spoke to us and asked if we were OK I read this as they were ensuring my safety as I was walking a bit off. The bed was cozy and lots of plows. Clean everywhere, friendly staff. Conveniently located to highway.

1. We would have liked to enjoy the pool in the AM before checkout however the pool hours are 10am to 10pm and checkout was 11 so we were not able to. 2. There were lots of options for the continental breakfast but the packaged plastic ware was very cheap and broke when using it to cut sausage, there were bagels however nothing to cut them with to allow to toast them.

The room was spotlessly clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast area was spotless, food was very good and plentiful. I really enjoyed that, as it was very convenient to enjoy breakfast early without having to leave the property. My only complain was the room seemed a little dark b/c of the dark color paint and lack of over head lighting in the room, but I adjusted. I just needed to keep the bathroom light on all night. Otherwise everything was very good and I've recommended the hotel to friends who will be going to the casino too.

The guy behind the counter was super nice. He was beyond the best that I have dealt with in the costumer service field. That goes a long way when dealing with the comforts of a place.

Got to the room and bed bugs all over the bed. It was quit disgusting. I am not impressed that is the first and last time I will stay there..
