All the staff were very friendly. Each of them made an effort to make sure all our needs were met and to let us know that they were there if we needed anything.

I went to go to the gym around 4:30 AM. The first door I went to my key did not open. However, there was a gentleman sitting in the pool area on his phone so, I assumed that the area was open and I was trying to access via the wrong door. I walked around to the door from inside. That gentleman by then was cleaning and I realized that he was staff and probably had been taking a break. He did finally inform me that the pool and gym did not open until 5 AM. Mainly two things, first I did NOT see signage for the pool/gym hours (could had been there and I missed it) and secondly, staff members probably should not be sitting in public areas on the phone if they are on break (I worked at a resort so my expectations might be askew).

The front desk was amazing! We had a game that needed batteries, and the man who gave us batteries even went on a mission to find a screwdriver to help remove a screw! The ladies at the front desk were also kind and inviting! Mulligans staff displayed the same qualities! The weekend omelet girl was my kids' favorite! This is our 4th year staying here! We love you guys!

It's a more expensive property. We would love if there was some sort of deal available around Black Friday, weekday or a multi-day deal so we could stay longer!

Our room was located just steps inside from the parking lot. There were lots of places to park and it was so easy to get to our room. I also loved being right off of the courtyard. It made it easy to go swimming in the morning or go to get a cuppa coffee or just sit outside our room at the table.

If there was anything that could be changed is just maybe a few more lounge chairs, and another table with an umbrella in the courtyard.

I liked that it has an indoor pool and hot tub. Location is very convenient.

The parking lot that we had to park in by our room was extremely small and very tight fit. Also, the breakfast buffet/bar had bare minimum selects on food and juice to pick from, and the vending machines were practically empty

Breakfast was excelllent - enough choices for anyone (including vegans). Bedding was very nice. Room was large. Bathroom large also. Ample parking. Nice staff, particularly in the breakfast area.

The only downside is being several miles outside of town, requiring a drive to get into town and looking for and paying for parking. All hotels seemed very expensive over the July 4 holiday week.

The location and convenience isgood.

When I tried to obtain a receipt for the room, I was told to get one from Booking.com. as I write this I still have not been able to get a receipt emailed by either facility or Booking.com. the woman at the front desk acted like it wasn't her problem or that she was too busy. I checked out at 4:30am. I was the only one e in the lobby.

From the minute we walked in the door, we knew this was going to be a great stay!! At check-in we received a pet welcome bag containing a stuffed toy, treats, a poo bag and the pet policy! The cleaning team was near our room when we entered and they greeted us with kindness!! One team member even directed me to the pet area so we knew where it was located. The facility is not new, but it is caretaken by an AMAZING group of individuals!! The breakfast buffet was beautiful and met nearly every dietary requirement. The mindblowing part is that it is included in the nightly rate, and you can visit as many times as you like during their service hours!! At check-in out I commented on the amazing attention to detail that every team member displayed, and that they were genuinely happy to be there. Her response was "we're family. We like each other, we respect each other, and we all work toward the same goal". That is the secret to their continued success!!

The pet area is located across a very hot parking lot, so pets need to be carried.

The staff was very kind. Our room service breakfast server was very thoughtful and brought the extras you would want but forgot to ask for. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was an older gal with long gray hair and glasses, All the staff we interacted with were very nice. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well kept.

It would be nice to have a small ottoman to put your feet on, so your legs aren't dangling all the time. The bed mattresses are very hard.

Very clean accommodations, extremely helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing as usual. The restaurant was delicious as always. We have stayed her 5 times not and couldn't recommend enough.

The breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the pool. Our room was fine, but expensive for just one queen bed. The staff is always great, no complaints. It’s a great location for us, and the rooms are very nice.

The towels in the bathroom are very thin. For a nice hotel, the towels are disgustingly thin. They could really upgrade their game and reputation with just slightly thicker and better towels.
