. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was pretty quiet for the number of people there on the weekend.Room was clean,iron and coffee machine worked,lots of plugins for charging phones and tablets. Bed was comfortable.Good towels and plenty of water pressure. Staff suggested we take shuttle to and from airport to connect with light rail service to US bank stadium which worked out well. Lots of restaurants within a short drive of the hotel. Breakfast was ok,nothing fancy but enough to fill up on. Hotel turned out to be well situated for our trip which was for a game at US bank stadium and would work well for us on any longer stays.

Too bad the whirlpool was out of service. We knew that was the case when we booked the room so it wasn't a surprise to us. Still would have been nice to soak a bit after a six hour drive.

Our room was comfy and spacious, staff was friendly and prompt. Breakfast was tasty enough. Everything appeared clean and put together. The price of our stay was great and the location was close enough to most of what we wanted to do.

Though breakfast was fine, it was frequently chaotic unless you went later (after 9:15am or so), and there were definitely not enough tables to accommodate everyone. The door to the adjoining room in our particular suite rattled nearly any time you moved it, which wasn't awesome, but we didn't end up needing the room anyway.

The shuttle bus excellent and Randy the driver came into the airport to look for me Room very clean. Toiletries provided. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Bed really comfortable and plenty of pillows Well stocked shop in lobby including snacks and soft drinks. Could do with putting some beers in there 😜

Desk staff little impolite when I checked in. Served someone before me that arrived AFTER I got there. No pleases or thank yous. Manners cost nothing No room to eat breakfast and when I came back half hour before it closed, not much left and stuff cleared away 🥲

Convenient travel distance from family in Rochester to Mall of America shopping prior to flight departure. Very good room rate, courteous, knowledgeable reception and professional staff, amenities were as expected-comfortable spacious room, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries, work desk & chairs, clean & comfortable beds, ample pillows, bedding and towels. Pool and office center were available but I did not use... free parking on-site and airport shuttle was convenient. Very good breakfast options (though lacking on fruit) apples only...where were the bananas and oranges? Bonus: wonderful feeling walking into a room already lit, air-cooled & no smells!!! Overall...a very pleasant stay...kudos to Wyndam properties.

Reception should mention the refundable room deposit upon reservation.

Uber took me to the wrong location. The desk clerk there was AMAZING! She went out of her way to accommodate me and other guests entering the desk. She assisted me in getting to the correct location. The desk clerk at the correct location was very pleasant. The shuttle driver was exceptional at the correct location. He went beyond the job description to correct some errors made by others and to assist me in getting to and from places I needed to go.

The first La Quinta location was old and worn. One of the desk clerks at the correct location could not respond to me about a nearby attraction (Fort Snelling State Park), nor could he recommend travel to the location. Internet access at the correct location was poor.

Clean room, staff were helpful when we asked questions. We used the shuttle for the airport and the service with the shuttle was exceptional.

Nothing specific to the hotel. In particular with booking.com if you book through them you have to pay for parking separately when you get to the hotel, this isn’t stated on the website. We didn’t realize this until we checked in to the hotel- staff explained this and were very courteous, the price is $15/day. If you book through the hotel directly the price is included in your stay rather than having to pay separate from your room.

Hotel was very clean, and all of the staff were friendly! We had several things going in in all different directions and the hotel was convenient for all of it!

Breakfast in the morning was Chaos. There was one guy keeping the whole thing running, and while he was excellent at his job, there was no flow to anything. Everyone was cutting in front of each other, there was no balance. Would have been nice to have someone cleaning off tables and helping keep the flow of customers going smoother.

The bed was really comfortable!

Not happy with all the pets - especially when a pup peed in the elevator. I think motels are OK for animals but not a hotel with common areas and breakfast rooms. Also have never stayed in a hotel that charged a “damage fee” up front. I would also suggest having something in the room showing local restaurants. And the parking lot needs repaying.

Since there are waffles available, more irons needed for times that are busy. The line was so long that we didn’t bother with the waffles. There was no fruit at all; the huge hotel should have some fruit since many cultures have fruit with breakfast. There was no butter, even though there was bread for toast. There were 3 kinds of cereal, and oatmeal Packets. But no Brown sugar.,very simple but ok. The hard boiled eggs weee nice to have. Thx . But For such a huge hotel, the breakfast was simple and what was there didn’t qualify as much of an assortment. I watched a lot of people come and go , many disappointed.
