The front desk and all hotel staff are lovely and accommodating. My room was very clean and I appreciated the bottled water every day. The restaurant menu, food and staff is EXCEPTIONAL. We always feel so welcomed when we are there. Best Pappardelle Bolognese EVER! Very authentic Italian cuisine.

I had breakfast delivered to my room. It would be nice to have had it delivered under a therrmal lid to keep warm and would be nice to have the coffee delivered in a carafe. i know the restaurant is independent of the hotel, however, I think these changes could still be made to improve the quality and experience The restaurant is EXCEPTIONAL. It would just be nice if room service delivery could be improved. Also it would be nice to have the restaurant open for lunch, even if it is only a limited lunch, but there are no dining options in the hotel during the day which is disappointing. But when they are open it is fantastic...not only the food and menu, but the staff as well. Love that place!

Building was very nice and staff were great. Breakfast was not included for the rate. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and somewhat fancy. Same restaurant was also a delicious dinner place (with stellar service) where our large extended family (14 people) was able to eat together. Area has many hotels and businesses, not glamorous but perfect for our needs, located between families and church.

The beds were just a bit too hard for my taste. Not a deal breaker.

I liked the quick check in and out. I liked the roominess of the room. I hardly ever heard a neighboring guest staying there. I felt safe and secure staying at your hotel.

I was just disappointed at the restaurant, Lela, one morning when I wanted breakfast. It was supposed to be open according to their posted hours. And when I asked the Front Desk, they didn't know exactly when they were going to open. She said the "chef is there", but it was 7:00 am, and it wasn't open yet. I had to find a place outside to open. There were no other options in the building.

Facilites were clean and very comfortable. Check was very easy, and staff was great. Location is close to our corporate office, which is a huge plus.

Not that you can help it, but the street work surrounding the hotel was awful with no clear signage of how to proceed. The restaurant dinner at Lela's was underwhelming and in need of seasoning. The serving and bar staff were excellent.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable. Much softer than most hotel beds that are like slabs of concrete. The shower was awesome with great water pressure and a fancy rainy showerhead. I also liked the carpet in the room.

The French doors on the bathroom had a large gap in them. Girlfriend was too shy to poop in there, so we had to go to a gas station down the road. I think the backlight in the TV is going out so that probably needs to be replaced.

once I proved to the front desk that our breakfast was included in our price the breakfast was very good. Did feel that service was slower after the waitress saw our voucher.

did wait to get check in as the lady was on the phone, once a second customer came then she went a go a second person to help with check in but over all all was good

We were there for Saturday night and the restaurant was closed on Sunday. That was disappointing. The first room that we had was very nice and clean, but the walls were so thin, that we could hear the kids in the next room rough-housing, so we asked to change to another room. The front desk was always very nice and accommodating. There is no pool or spa or anything extra. It is just a hotel room for the night.

The restaurant was closed on Sundays and we didn't get to have breakfast or brunch.

This is a beautiful hotel that is almost new. Everything is immaculate throughout. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. On the main level is a beautiful restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner and the food is 5 star outstanding.

Outstanding place to stay.

This hotel always exceeds expectations and I always look forward to coming back. The hotel could be busy but never feels like it, from the beautiful lobby to the friendly staff, to the fact that it’s pet friendly, everything is superb.

The wifi could be better but we were in a corner room so it was a bit expected

Love this hotel except you can hear a lot of road noise in the rooms facing the road and so much of the lobby noise in the rooms facing the lobby. It’s really intrusive and keeps you up at night
