The space was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed. I like that it was a gated resort which made me feel safe. The playground was a nice addition even though we didn't have time to use it.

The pool had too much chlorine. The TV in the living room wasn't working because there was no box. I requested a crib for my son in advance but when we got to the room, there was no crib even though the front desk said they should've left one. I had to go there to ask for it again.

It was a great place. Had some issues with obnoxious noisy people above us the first night but we asked to be moved and then everything was great. Nice pool, BBQ available to use. Glad they had a laundry center there. Its not close enough to walk to the strip or Wal Mart or a mall, but there is a shuttle you can use if the time of the run suits you. Overall it was very good.

There was no room cleaning or linen service for the 8 nights we were there. Not that we weren't capable of doing things ourselves, its just that when you're on vacation these services are what make it feel like a vacation.

The location was awesome for us. We don’t like to be right on the strip and like to have our car within easy access. We also like having a kitchen and the one at this property is more than adequate. The gate staff were always amazing and kind. The property is really big and nice to walk around and it feels very safe being fenced in.

The check-in process was a bit of a challenge. It was taking a very long time. And something that was pretty annoying was that while I was in line waiting for to check in, the shuttle driver came in to check the sign-in sheet to see how many people were signed up to go on the next shuttle to the strip. He was surprised that there were so many people signed up to which the desk clerk said, “They’re like amoebas, man! They (the guests) multiply.” It was a little off-putting to be compared to amoebas. The ice-maker (only one for the whole property (?)) did not work. The rooms, although very nicely refurbished and appointed, are pretty cramped.

We came to visit our dad and it was just 6 minutes from his house, so that was very good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the resort but it was a quick trip. Maybe next time.

The pillows were ok. Using one pillow was too low and using two pillows was too high for us . When our neighbors came home late at night it was very loud.

I like it because it is a real apartment with full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit.

That we payed booking all resort fees and taxes and in property they charged us again and told us that we didn’t pay. So I spent 30 minutes of my time trying to get someone to talk from booking.com and they confirmed that we payed everything. And just after that property gave us our money back.

Comfortable well equipped apartment. The sofa bed was also comfortable. Loved the pretty gardens and pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful, peaceful haven away from the busy strip, which is easy to get to with the free shuttle bus or around $12 with Uber. The resort has a security gate so it felt very safe. There is a food truck in the car park which serves food all day. We had stayed at a big hotel on the strip a few days previously, but much preferred this. We didn’t want to leave!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at and the only one I will ever stay at again when we visit Vegas. It was such a gorgeous property, the room was like an apartment and was sooooo clean and beautiful. The staff were also really helpful and kind, and I loved that the property was gated and that that was manned for security. To sum it up: - staff were extra cautious for COVID, including plexi screens, clean/used pen bins, and masks. - BEAUTIFUL and extremely clean rooms/kitchen/livingroom. - easy to request extra things like pillows - quiet and peaceful - there was a washer and dryer which I didn't notice until the last day but that was a great bonus! - comfortable beds (this is the only place I've ever stayed in where I didn't feel like I should check for bed-bugs)

Everything was perfect.

The staff was friendly, the gated facilities made us feel safe and comfortable with our kids walking around, and being off the strip was nice and with the shuttle access, we could what we wanted on the strip when needed. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and stay here again.

This is a small thing, but I would've liked more hooks in the bathrooms. One hook in each bathroom with 7 people and their towels is just not enough. Also, salt and pepper in the kitchen for cooking. However, we were able to buy that at the convenient marketplace on the site.

When we arrived and checked-in, we got a room, where was smell of weed, but a very friendly lady at the reception desk changed the room for a bigger and better one. Original room was also nice (except the smell of weed). We really enjoyed stay here and can recommend this resort, especially for families with kids. There is also nice swimming pool + whirlpool. We appreciated the free parking here and free shuttle to the LV strip.

Internet connection was really slow (download about 3 Mbit, upload 4 Mbit). There is no restaurant in the area. If you get room on ground floor, you will hear steps from the room above you.

Great value — we got a 1-BR suite with full kitchen and living area and separate bedroom for less than the price of a hotel room! Parking was convenient right outside the unit, and the wifi worked well. Staff was very responsive when we needed extra things for the room. And the location was within a short drive to the Strip, with lots of restaurants close by-by.

The room in general was very clean, but the floor could’ve used a mopping. Also, the rooms are on the small side with very large furniture, so there’s not much space to move around.
