I wish that the food was labeled. We didn't know if the sausage were pork or not and when I asked the attendant they said it was both turkey and pork however they had both mats in the same pan. It was unfortunate. The property was clean, quiet and welcoming.

The attendant who tended to the breakfast was quite rude and intimidated my daughter because she took the last of a food item. She talked at her saying "so you're the one that took the last of it, I guess I have to go get more" then grunted and walked away. My husband did speak the front desk about this issue, however, this behavior should have never have happened to my 13 year old daughter. This was not the first time my husband had an issue with this person. The day prior he had a similar issue with this attendant.

Everything about this stay - staff, accommodations, amenities, etc. - except one - was absolutely exceptional. The furnishings were all stylish and in good shape, the carpet was new and fresh, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the room layout/design was excellent. We were very impressed overall.

The only problem was that the shower mixing valve in our bathroom didn't mix hot and cold water at all - the water was either completely off, or it was scalding hot, with no in between. I tried showering by quickly jumping in and out of the water stream, but finally gave up and rinsed the soap off using the bathroom sink. Everything else about our stay exceeded our expectations, but this was something that really needs to be taken care of, not just for guest comfort, but to prevent someone really getting scalded.

Great breakfast and friendly staff who went out of their way to answer questions regarding allergies /food restrictions. Ashlan, in particular, was the lady in charge at the kitchen. She was so helpful and kind and even got us extra food for my hungry kids - even after the breakfast time had officially ended. I was really impressed by her. The hotel manager was also very friendly, kind, and helpful.

Staff is very patient and kind. Because of a severe snowstorm, we had to stay another night and were charged a higher rate. Even though it was still mid week and we stayed in the same room. But it was very convenient and they did accommodate us.

We felt a bit taken advantage of. We could have walked to a Motel 6 at half the price. But It was worth it to stay put with windchills at -29°F. Still reasonably priced!

The room was absolutely gorgeous. That staff was more than amazing and made us feel so welcomed. The second we got into our room and saw how nice it was we immediately went back to the front desk to book a second night. I definitely plan on staying her again should I ever find myself in Ohio

There is not much that I didn’t like accept for the fact that my room had like now tissues. There was only three left in the box, nothing the front desk couldn’t fix for us which was great. Also, you have to ask the front desk to let you into the pool which is AWKWARD!! It would have been a million times better if your room key would work for the door.

Breakfast was great, Fresh cooked food was hot and plentiful. Dining area was clean and well stocked.

The shower in our room presented a safety issue. The water from the shower head did not stay contained to the shower stall. It sprayed out and hit the bathroom door. Water covered the floor making a slip hazard.

The receptionist at check in was great, she even found my rewards without my asking, very professional, the room was very clean, the hotel was clean and welcoming

The breakfast I wish would have had scrambled eggs or fried eggs instead of over easy and I didn't eat bc the area wasn't cleaned during breakfast tables nor food area but I do know the guest made the mess which is why I didn't take anything away from the cleanliness

Breakfast was great. Location for us to get to the hotel from I-80 was excellent. Staff were really great. Very accommodating.

Lighting for the room was not the best. By the beds was fine; by the entry of the room was very good, beds, couch, etc excellent. However not very good lighting in the bedroom part of the suite. Bed side lights were ok but that half of the room was very dark otherwise. The lighting in the bathroom was not good. Half of the vanity lights were burned out. The coffee nook was nice looking but there was NO lighting for that corner at all.

I usually don’t eat breakfast at hotels and I didn’t here either but I did walk in to take a look and they did a great job in the available choices, safety and ambiance. The fitness center was wonderful. I didn’t want to miss my morning workout routine

Stop people from keeping the luggage carts in their rooms. Are you aware of how difficult it is to load your truck if you’re staying on the 3rd floor?

Large room and huge bathroom. HD TV available. Most of the staff was friendly. Close to many restaurants and golf courses.

Desk clerk on duty when we checked in and most mornings was not very friendly or personable. 1st morning there, there was not any butter for the toast. Check in is 3:00 and we arrived about 1:30 and we were informed that we could not check in until 3 and would we like to come back even though we had a confirmation of our stay. When we re-asked about the early check-in policy we were told it would have been a $50 fee. Never have we experienced that situation before and have always been permitted to check in a little early without an extra fee. The hotel was less than half full.
