The gentleman working the front desk was exceptional and helped me find a locksmith after midnight (I locked my keys in the car). He offered me a bottle of water while I waited and he was cheerful. I actually felt safe. The room was very clean.

The curtains didn't close all the way: they let in the attached security lighting above my window. I had also requested, through the online reservation, checkout at noon due to disabilities and medication: booking sent a message that my request was confirmed. However, I couldn't sleep due to the outside light and started packing my car prior to the 11 checkout. However, the key was deactivated prior to 11 and the front clerk neither apologized nor greeted me. She was unprofessional and disheveled. I felt unsafe with her.

Location was close to the highway. Attractive exterior, which didn't matter for sleeping, but gives a general idea of the owners concern for the property. Nice size room, well laid out, 2 queen beds, good comfort. Microwave, fridge, and complimentary coffee/tea. Nice sized closet with full mirror. Bathroom OK. This must have been an accessible room because there was a walk-in shower and no tub. Inly concern there was that the shower curtain didn't come down far enough and the bathroom floor got wet during the shower. Not that this was an issue for us, but the bathroom floor was wet and slippery as a result...which IS an issue, despite using a bathmat. Also, the shower needed cleaning/maintenance attention...mildew on the caulk. Hallways well lit and clean. In that we arrived at 11pm and left at 6am, we didn't get much of a chance to check out the rest of the facilities. Breakfast was listed in the ad as "hot", once inside the lobby, it said "continental", and the actual breakfast was "hot:, so a pleasant surprise. The breakfast itself was OK; nothing special, but good enough for the room cost. There was egg patties (some kind of egg mixture formed into English muffin sized shapes) which were not terribly tasty, sausage that was sitting in 1/2" of oil, cold cereals, instant hot cereals, yogurt, a waffle machine, fresh fruit, and bread/toast. A good unstaffed quick breakfast considering the price, but if we'd paid for this in a restaurant, it would not have been satisfactory.

The room (specifically the shower) could have had better maintenance.

Nothing fancy but a nice place to stay and a perfect location near the special event we attended. With six travelers in our group, we requested / received 2 rooms near each other on the 2nd floor in a quiet area. Room was clean and everything worked well. Good breakfast. Very good staff - courteous, helpful, and accommodating. In person and during phone contact, we received excellent customer service - special thanks to Sadie!

The elevator could use some work - it was slow, a little "iffy" at times, and with no AC - stuffy.

Place has outstanding staff hands down. Very clean spacious room near the pool ground level for disabilty. I have a amputated partial foot this was a great room. Breakfast is quick and nice room lots of choices. I would def stay here again.

Parking lot is far away for people like myself. No entering from other doors. And toliet was broken since I had same room 1 days apart both tines and did a dress woth broken pieces to staff. Seat top would slide needed new plastic bolts they were broke off in seat. I brought them to staff too.

Beds were soft but comfy Room and bathroom were large Room was quiet

Shower stall— walk-in shower was large but floor is curved which allows water to escape and cover bathroom floor— which makes the floor VERY slippery. Suggest make the front floor wall straight (not sloped) and raise it about 1 inch.

Room was spacious and clean , plenty of room in there and I like that .

Lamp next to the bed was not working ( switch was broke, had to unplug it to turn it off).AC was about as loud as possible, decibel level not far from a jackhammer. You really need to do something about these wall mounted dinosaurs.

Breakfast was good (enjoyed the sausage). The hidden gem is the hotel is right next to a good car wash. Got to wash off the road salt at a great rate.

if you’re bothered by freeway noise don’t get a backside noise.

The room had all the amenities, including large beds with abundant pillows. The place was quiet, staff was helpful, everything was clean, parking was convenient, price was unbeatable. Breakfast was only fair, not more than that, but considering how much we paid it was certainly adequate.

Breakfast might have had more, and fresher, choices. But not a big deal.

The location was convenient, and the property was well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room was free of bad odors.

We requested extra towels and didn't receive them until going to the front desk to ask a second time. We also had no housekeeping service while we were out for the day.

The breakfast could have been better. It was the only downside o the whole. The bed and pillow were perfect, very similar to home. The room was good, once I figured out how to turn on the air conditioner. we were participating in a festival at the fairgrounds and loved that we could walk! Walked to a BBQ place for early dinner: Redemption BBQ, just around the parking lot. Delicious. .

Breakfast. Totally could have been better. Found a great little shop down the street Art of Pie Cafe. Really good pastries and coffee, also breakfast sandwiches.
