I love everything about this hotel! It is clean, comfortable, the best pool around, open 24/7 (the kids favorite part!) nice little gym, great breakfast, and the staff is literally the best! I have stayed at hotels all over the country, and let me tell you, the customer service at THIS particular Kodak, TN location is right up there with the Chic-Fil-A gods! We met Kevin, one of the managers, a few years ago when travelling through and our little one was beyond tired. It was cold, we were all exhausted and every hotel in the last 50+ miles had no vacancy. (3am on Thanksgiving weekend) And we had a ridiculous small budget. Kevin had a room available the next day and allowed us an early check-in, but waived the fee as a courtesy. That meant so much to us, we have now stayed at this location over 10 times, and will always choose here when coming through because this place is ran by people that know a thing or two about hospitality and how to manage a nice hotel for a pleasant experience!

That I didn't find this place sooner

I like that the pool was available, but it wasnt clean and seemed to be old. The tv had a good selection of channels. The new Lion King was on tv. Breakfast was available, but didnt eat any.

The pool wasnt clean and seemed to be old. I couldnt sleep in the bed. The facilities specifically the water faucet lever fell off when taking a shower, and the vending machine was too expensive.

The facility was very clean from the main entrance through the back entrance. The breakfast was good and had some options. The staff was extremely nice during all shifts. (Night and day)

The only complaint was the key lock on both doors entering the facility didn’t not work so anyone could access inside. I worried of security due to them not working. It was the middle door that lead into the elevators and then the back door entering the facility hallway with the stairs. Very uneasy when returning at night time.

It was modern and clean. The room was very nice and not moist like some hotels. The bed was very comfortable, my husband is still talking about wanting it in our house after days of being home haha

I wish there would have been a bit more seating for the breakfast, but really that's not a big deal! Not much to complain about for me.

This is our second time staying here! Very nice property and clean! Very comfortable!

This time the breakfast really did stand out as not that good. Did not notice that the first time we stayed here. It was just messy. All the yogurt fixings were running into each other, the bacon was out and the eggs almost were. So nice place, but don’t stay there for the breakfast.

We loved the people and the room was clean the bed was a little hard but we loved the pool and that we could swim anytime and the breakfast was amazing

You had to go down and make a u turn just to get in its very dangerous we almost got hit coming back from Dollywood

The staff was super friendly. Lobby looks great.

The Room I was in has unfinished paint work to be done. Balcony was infested with spiders. I came across also two bugs in the room (millipedes) It didn't bother me that's why I didn't complain at the moment but keep in mind for your next guess

Beds are very comfortable and room was spacious. The halls were quiet and breakfast was good.

Since we were close to the interstate, it was a little noisy, but we expected that. We wanted to stay close to the exit.

Room was clean and check in was excellent. The room was ready for us when we arrived. We travel with a small pet and the location was great. Staff was excellent. We used the vending machine and we thought we lost our money, so the staff at the front desk came to our rescue and was able to get our pop out of the machine. The gentleman on duty was smiling and appeared to be happy to be there! I was thrilled to have a breakfast before we hit the road.

The staff tending to the breakfast was pretty overwhelmed. She did her best to keep it stocked, but people tend to get anxious and take more than their share, so she was hurrying to get it stocked.

the room was clean it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room the breakfast was very good and hot
