I didnt try the breakfast but staff was very friendly

the spa became closed a few days before I arrived do to low water and that was the only reason I stayed so far from down down was the spa. Staff did not offer refund or partial credit even after I told her that was the only reason I had picked that particular hotel. I slept just a few hours after the bar scene till around 11 pm and got up around 2 showered and left for home Needless to say knoxville has been taken off my bucket list

I generally don’t have a high bar for hotels. I’m basically there to sleep and sleep comfortably. As long as I’m able to do that, I’m good to go!

Now that I think about it, the fridge wasn’t super duper cold, but who rates a hotel for the temperature of the in-room fridge? Stay here with confidence.

The location and many different food options around to choose from

The temperature in the pool area and water temp in the pool could be warmer. I had small child and made difficult for them since it was chilly. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I picked hotel

Easy to get to, people were great. Nice size room. Clean room and bedding was comfortable.

Bathroom needed a little attention. Ceiling had some dark areas, possibly mold. Also sprinkler heads looked like the texture ceiling / stippling was partially covered or could be impeded from working properly if need Incase of fire.

Nice clean hotel for a decent price. Visited for a family event and stayed two nights. Room had weird smell but not terrible (you sort of got used to it) -- it was some sort of freshener they sprayed I think. Nice shower with great water pressure. Bathroom was clean and tidy and in very good condition but toilet seat was super cheap and flimsy. Shampoo/bathgel/lotion bottle was the smallest I've seen but nice product. Due to the restrictions, staff couldn't make up beds so you make them yourself. Also, you toss towels outside and they leave you a bag of new, clean ones. Staff was really very nice and helpful. Would stay there again for the price.

Super flimsy toilet seat, small bath gel/shampoo/lotion bottles and artificial spray smell in room (probably a disinfectant they were using). It was a good place overall and would stay again for the price.

breakfast was adequate. location was good, approximately 15 min. from the location of my reason for the trip. breakfast could use a little more variety.

we were not able to get heat adjusted, it was cold.

This was a good Best Western with a reasonable cost and a very good breakfast buffet. There was a disability lift for the pool and the hot tub was clean.

Fitness room wasn't good. Limited weights, no wipes to clean machines, and neither the bike or rowing machine had foot stirrups. A staff member did come in and wiped the machines during my workout.

Quiet hotel. Convenient parking.

Hotel is a bit dated. Chairs in room show a lot of wear. Breakfast selection not as good as previous two comparable hotels on trip.

Stay up at the front desk was friendly and went out of the way to explain where to find things like the pool and the gym room and one breakfast deserved. Also make sure that I know if I need anything just call front desk.

There was a spot in the shower on the wall towards the bottom where it looked like something had been mounted and then it had been taken off but the holes were never repaired, This was kind of unsightly but otherwise everything else was good.

Very nice customer service. Has an elevator, indoor pool and hot tub, ice machine on every floor, plus a coffee k cup machine in the hotel room. Nice breakfast. Clean room.
