When we walked in after a long drive, the young lady at the front desk made us feel welcome and taken care of to meet all our needs. She was very sweet and attentive to us and the other customers that arrived. The petite Hispanic lady attending the breakfast area was very friendly, and the presentation and food were excellent! Everything was clean and inviting. I used to work at a 5-star hotel in the Caribbean, so I have a high bar for service and cleanliness, and this hotel met my expectations and more. Keep up the good work!!!

We got room 409, which was next to the elevator, and I kept hearing a humming noise all night. I didn’t call the front desk because I thought it might be the elevator or ice machine, and we were already settled in.

The staff was very friendly, the room and all the facilities were exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a good selection the eggs, smoked sausages and potatoes were fresh and flavorful. My kiddo always enjoys getting to use the waffle maker and they had a good assortment of toppings for them.

The hotel is off the main road a bit, a little more signage would have been helpful.

It was clean, well lit, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were a very nice size and the beds were comfy.

Not the properties fault, but a bit too far from downtown Knoxville for us. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose that as an option again if we needed to.

We were in town for College Football. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful & able to answer any query we had even though we were supporters from the opposing team. We also made use of the heated pool 😁

Even though we were in town for college game Day, I still felt it was quite expensive being so far from downtown & Neyland stadium

Very clean, room was spacious enough. I think her name was Jessie, working front desk, she was very nice and you can tell cares about her job. She was working at check in and at check out. She had only got a few hours sleep and was right back on Sunday, pulling a 12 hour.

Wasn't impressed with breakfast. It was ok. Needed biscuits & gravy, bacon.

One of the best “on the road” hotels we have stayed in recently. Front desk staff was lovely even at 11pm (and again in the morning) as was the woman running breakfast by herself. Best hotel free breakfast I have had in a while! Lucked into larger wheelchair accessible room which was nice with kids. Large TV and chaise lounge in room were nice additions. Room fridge was about twice the size as the usual hotel room fridge. Nice little shop in the lobby for extras. Indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. Main breakfast area was spacious, light, not crowded when we stayed. Plenty of coffee available.

Bedding was great but beds themselves were too firm for my taste. Rooms were mostly very clean but just missed a couple corners and a hair on the bath wall in the bathroom. Shower was warm enough to wash but not nearly hot enough to really enjoy. No plug or table on outside of beds for those sharing a bed. All of this felt somewhat minor.

The front desk person was wonderful…had a “Priceline” problem…I didn’t contact them but apparently was hijacked to their site and my reservation went through them. They tried to charge me for 2 rooms but we did end up getting that straightened out.

Clean rooms clean bathrooms . One of the biggest king rooms. We got the pet freindly one and it was near to exit. Love the location it's near to few restaurants and i81. We stopped for one night only. Saw a pool too. Will be back in transit Good breakfast, eggs, and sausage

There were restaurants in walking distance and a dollar store. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice and welcoming! One of the best places i have stayed at ever!! Great job!

I was happy to see healthy options in the continental breakfast. 24/7 hours for the pool and fitness center were a pleasant surprise!

I would love to see other meat options besides pork-turkey sausage.
