The hotel was very cosy, warm and pleasant with quit and comfy atmosphere everywhere. Thermal pools were amazing. Garden is beautiful. We will definitely comeback

The room was visited by the stuff several times a day, beds were tightened, garbage was cleaned but floor could be cleaner.. There were crumbs on the floor...

Great classy hotel in a spa-like setting, easy, relaxing, close to small gem cities nearby. Has the old world ambience. Plenty parking. Nice little town to walk around. Perfect for all ages and families.

Very pleasant staff. Great spa facilities. Room fittings well maintained. Provided secure storage for our bicycles. Breakfast excellent, eggs made to order.

Room heating problematic. Even when set at 18-20 room was overheated (Cooling setting pushed out warm air). On first day asked for bedside lamp to be repaired as it was flickering. Were told it would be done immediately but when we left 5 days later it had not been attended to.

Clean large new rooms with exquisite toiletries from Aqua di Parma. Superb large quiet with all the hydromassage facilities pools. The spa is memorable. Excellent breakfast, with every new day another kind of crostata, egg station, freshly pressed juice. Also very professional service at breakfast. Nice garden. Large parking.

We felt harresed by the pool police-not realy the greatest of customer relations approach by the two ladies in charge of the fitness.There is a policy here about swim cap-that we did not encounter at Mioni Pezzato- which is very aggresively enforced. Relax, people, please.

A nice hotel, with a wonderful thetmal pool (indoor and outdoor) open for long hours. The hamam is especially good. The rooms are spacious, with a non-carpeted floor. The breakfast was really good.

The only point I didn't like was the lack of cofffee machine in the breakfast room. Instead, you've to ask a waiter to bring a coffee, and we had to wait for it.

The surroundings are not that beautiful in terms of having a walk outside of the hotel. Camera surveillance all over the place inside the hotel and garden. Dinner only between 19:30-20:30 Breakfast could be fresher (fruit) and more exclusive for a 5-star hotel

Room was very clean and comfortable. Property is new, well designed and so far well kept. The spa is delightful and the pools ample and pleasant, though I wonder whether it would be that quiet and relaxing with higher/ full occupancy. Staff is friendly and professional. The staff at breakfast was very attentive to all my food allergies and intolerances for which there were plenty of good options available. Angelica (?) at the warm food station merits a special mention for this and her warm and impeccable professionalism. Bistro was ideal for low key dining while still enjoying the daily menu. I didn’t get a chance to try any treatments (my reason for being in Abano was a friend’s operation) but the menu looked very enticing indeed… next time I will come to pamper myself.

The Check-in was efficient but lacked warmth and real welcome. One staff member was rather aloof while another tried unusually strongly to dissuade me from taking a courtesy umbrella ( I was too early so left my luggage and went for a stroll). Happily on my return, the rest of the staff I encountered was amazing and I was again happy to have selected this hotel.

Really liked the spa area. Great outdoor pools with warm thermal water. The variety of saunas really surprised me <3 everything is clean and fragrant. For breakfast, you will be offered egg dishes prepared personally for you and freshly brewed coffee. Reception staff very responsive and helpful in any matter

Everything was great

The place is absolute a must if you want to relax and get the pleasure of being there. Rooms, service, spa and food - all were fantastic! Also, reasonable prices.

There is nothing we did not like, we liked everything!

The breakfast offered EVERYTHING you could possibly want and more! Food was exceptional. Hours to dine were great and staff was amazing.

I really can't imagine anything to improve - it was literally perfect!
