the view of the beach was exceptional

the rooms are very small and very overpriced , you’re paying a huge premium to be on the beach with the view but none of the other reviews tell you the water is COLD (not warm like other beaches a 40 min drive north or the other side of the island) and the rooms are very small and basic. the food at the beach bar was inedible so we didn’t even bother trying the restaurant. hotel location is in the middle of nowhere so don’t even think about staying there without a car. booking . com ‘s customer service is terrible

The hotel is located on a Beach with white sand and crystal clear water. There are two snack bars located near by also the Hotel pool bar opens from 1st June. The hotel is very clean The staff are super friendly and very helpful. There is a Local Bus service that runs a regular route into Alghero

The hotel is 12km from Alghero. The Hotel doesn't run a shuttle service into the city. Taxis are expensive from the city / airport to the hotel. Expect to pay €25 each way.

Excellently managed facility, awesome location and beach quality. The family also liked to pool.

I think that for this grade of facility, the staff should take care more of the guests, in terms of friendliness and proactivity.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help you and answer any of your questions. The local restaurant deserves special attention. High-quality and fresh products, gourmet dishes, and on certain days Sardinian cuisine evenings. And of course, the sea... Crystal clear water, its own private beach, and everything you need for a quiet and relaxing time. If you are less fortunate and have mostly cloudy days, don’t worry, you will find something to do. You can walk in the pine trees, breathe this lovely air, and listen to the cicadas. You can take a book from the hotel, or visit many beautiful places like Complesso Nuragico di Palmavero or Alghero City. I would recommend visiting this place with your family or friends. Or if you would like to give your parents or grandparents a present, they will appreciate it. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, the bed and mattress were not very comfortable. Perhaps if you have back pain, you should clarify this aspect. But maybe it was just a problem with my number.

All staff is amazing and incredibly kind. Thanks a lot to everyone from receptionists to waiters. It was a big pleasure to be in this hotel with great people. Location and beach is very green, beautiful and not crowded. You always can find free places near the sea. Maybe for someone’s feelings, the water in sea can be slightly cold, but for us it was absolutely ok. The hotel is very green, with variety of beautiful flowers. The local kitchen is delicious. The staff advises to use not only a taxi but buses as well to rich great locations nearby.

Not so many choices with restaurants but you can always go to Alghero ( it takes 30-35 minutes by bus)

Possibly the best hotel we ever stayed in. Almost everything excellent. Rooms were exceptionally clean and sound insulation was fabulous. Great area to sit out at beach bar and upper bar overlooking the sea great also. The private beach itself was spotless and great range of boats for hire from the very helpful boat hire man. All staff were very helpful at reception.

Coffee at breakfast needed to be hotter and larger mugs provided. Also the cooked omelette from the " slow " menu should not cost an extra 10 euro. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our price. Still it was delicious.

the beach, the Seaview, variety of water sports available, the panoramic restaurant , availability of beach and pool towels, nice coffee at breakfast.

no atmosphere in the evening time, bit far from Alghero and expensive for taxis , a shuttle bus would have been good. More variety of restaurants would help also .

Hotel was nice, beach was lovely and all staff warm and friendly - from reception to housekeeping to beach crew and bars.

There were only two things really… 1. Smoking Area - there is an expansive area for smokers, however no matter how you navigated the hotel, you had to go through this space and the smell was very bad at times. 2. Wasps - while I appreciate it is difficult to control, there seemed to be no attempt to help or support residents…and that was the many, persistent wasps the infiltrated the breakfast area.

The staff are the greatest asset of this hotel. They are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay agreeable. The beach is amazing.

The wi fi only works in the main part of the hotel and the beach. Sadly it did not work in our room which was mildly frustrating but not the end of the world. Additionally, we stayed in a room with two single beds made into a double bed. Having a gap between beds is not the most comfortable or conducive for a couple; a mattress topper would improve matters vastly.

From the early check-in to check-out we could enjoy everything in the hotel. Lovey place, tidy and 99% of the staff are nice and very supportive. Very good communication in English. The beach speaks for itself and the hotel offers a nice structure and safety for you to enjoy. Extra things can be rented to enjoy even more the sea and I loved driving a boat around the coast. Very close to the airport, around 25 euro taxi ride.

Some of the Beach bar senior staff were a bit rude. Be prepared for sharing your breakfast table with some bees (harmless, but annoying).
