The Villa is located inside a cliff and has absolutely breathtaking views. The room was spotless, with all the necessities we needed. The main wow factor - is the terrace and breakfast which was served daily on the terrace by a very friendly host. I think 80% of our time on Villa we spent on the terrace :D The shower was super powerful, the bed was comfy and there is a good air conditioner. We absolutely loved the place! Location: For us was not a problem, but for some people might be a slight concern - in order to get to Amalfi city centre, you can take a bus or have to walk down the road for about 20-30 min, and there is no pedestrian path. What is the advantage, you have the views and they are unreal! As I said, there are buses on a regular basis, but in the evening, if not mistaken, there is one bus in an hour, so better to plan your journey back. Awesome news, the bus stop is just in front of the Villa. We had no issues with the location. Looks like there is only 1 mini market in the entire Amalfi city centre overall, but there is a cafe 1 min walk, where you can have coffee or a drink, and snacks. Down the road, there are 2 restaurants. Il Duoglio is the best beach we visited, but when you arrive at the stair, simply call the number and make a reservation, so the lady will let you in. We absolutely loved the place and the friendly staff! The Villa looks like it is from a romantic movie about Italy. We would 100% stay in Villa Viviani again.

I loved everything about my stay. The onsite villa manager was incredibly lovely and accommodating. She was so helpful and cheerful to interact with each day. The view was lovely and the room was great.

The only challenge was that it was slightly out of town and you definitely need to catch the bus up there when you arrive with my luggage. Trust me on this: I walked up the hill with my suitcase and I wouldn’t recommend it. The walk down into town is totally fine. But in hot weather, you definitely want to catch the bus up to the villa. You can catch either the Pogerola bus or the Positano bus: ask to stop at the gas bar and you’ll be a few meters away from the villa.

This hotel is excellent! Great staff, friendly and attentive! The comfort of the hotel is excellent, it has good space in the room and a great balcony, with a super beautiful view of the Amalfi coast. The breakfast was impeccable and delicious. The bathroom has a good space with a nice shower.

The hotel is a little far from the center, requiring a motorbike, bus or car. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel, so it is important to learn how the bus works. The bus is always on its way, so you don't problems to get to the city center ou cities nearby. The double bed in the room is a little different, compared to single beds, but it is comfortable.

Everything was simply amazing, we received very useful indications on WhatsApp on how to best reach the accommodation, it’s very close to the SITA bus station, max. 2 min walk; right in front of the station there is a bar/pizzeria which is open late night, we found it open at 11 pm and were able to order pizza which is btw delicious; the accommodation is max 20’ walk to Amalfi, you can also take the SITA bus for 6 minutes or enjoy a very beautiful walk, the views are breathtaking. The view on the terrace is absolutely beautiful, spacious room, towels are changed every day; breakfast is the classical Italian breakfast: croissant, juice, coffee etc. and it was delicious 😊. Thank you Annadele for hosting us, we will definitely come back!

Staff is wonderful and makes sure you know how to get there and can help you out with any questions. Clean rooms every day if you want. Breakfast brought to your room everyday to enjoy on the balcony. Large bathroom. And the view! Incredible. Just an amazing value for the money when I stayed in the peak summer month. It's also near an espresso bar/pizzeria/convenience and a fish market.

For some the location may not be great but I liked it. It can be a 15-20 minute downhill walk to Amalfi but I enjoyed the exercise. You can catch a bus in either direction if you flag it down at the crossroad. Not a complete sidewalk in this part of Amalfi. I was not able to go down the steps to the nearby beach because I didn't know you needed a reservation but it looked incredible.

I loved the Villa, the owner was so helpgil, a wonderful view from yje halcony, room fittings were really nice. I had a single room but the bed was like a double and so comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony or in your room was delicious and any requests such as really early before departure, there was still a lively breakfast.

I didn’t mind the steps and walk to town as I am fit, but fir some people it must ggt be too dufficult. Each morning Cwalked to town and I really enjoyed that walk looking out to see. There is a bus just outside for those who are not fit. I am an octogenarian so you understand it is easily done!

Perfect location for arriving at the private beach or having a nice dinner overlooking the sea without having to go down into the main town. And at the same time, the main town is just a 4 minute taxi or quick bus ride away. The staff was friendly and very helpful with advice and tips for a perfect stay. The private breakfast on our balcony each morning was relaxing, delicious and in an absolutely beautiful setting.

Squeaky clean, and location giving absolutely amazing sea views. Staff were exceptional helpful with giving the best advice on the best way to travel to different locations. Lisa was particularly helpful and very, very patient as we had many questions.

On a bend, so a little difficult exiting the hotel to safety on the road opposite, until you get used to it.

A grand view of the sea from the room, which itself was beautifully appointed and came with many amenities. Breakfast on our private terrace was also a huge plus, and it was really to keep in touch with our host, who provided with clear details on how to check-in.

It is a little bit of a walk away from Amalfi town itself - but at least it's a nice walk! Expect 25 to 30 minutes each way, depending on where within Amalfi you're setting off from. Add a little bit more if you're walking uphill back to the B&B.

The room is big and the bathroom is the biggest i've ever seen. Lisa was amazing, extremely kind. The breakfast is italian and you can choose to eat at the balcony, with the amazing view of the Amalfi Coast. The bus stop is in front of the hotel which made a big difference because you have to use public transportation or you might be run over by cars and buses. I had a really great time at Villa Viviani!

I have nothing to complain about.
