I liked people of the hotel, receptionist, waiters, very polite and professional. They advised me some hours before my arrival asking me if needed a reservation for dinner: this was a very good idea. Rooms were clean, new and perfect. Food was exceptional, very high quality. Location and all area around was green and quiet, really nice.

The room was large, cozy, warm and we loved everything about it. Had a problem with final payment, but the excellent customer service resolved it quickly and even gave us a neat discount.

We felt that the breakfast is not worth 10e - the salty selection was very limited and the sweet cakes were quite bland. The coffee was excelent, though. All in all, I would still recommend the stay at ASC

Really nice sporty place, with great views. Perfect to relax for some days. The pool is pretty big and comfortable for a good swim. Rooms are great. I was in one of their apartments and it was pretty big! I could even work from there the days I was in Arezzo.

It might be a bit far from the train station in Arezzo. However, if this is not a problem for you, it's highly recommended.

The studio was really nice and comfortable.Τhe bathroom was perfect.Also the restaurant was really nice .It was good choice for one night .

There was not any basket for garbage in the whole studio .The lady in reception was really uncomfortable.She never send me the details and the codes for check in .After many phones a young man really helped us and thank him a lot !!!!!!

The pool is the great, but maybe opens a little late at 0930. We stayed in a quadruple room, which was an excellent size for two adults and two teenage children. Everyone had their own space. Breakfast was a lot more plentiful than I had anticipated. Free, safe parking was on site, behind a security gate. It's a 20minute walk into the centre , which means it is a very quiet area of town. This is a perfect hotel for someone touring or coming to do some swim / triathlon training

Beds were too hard for 3 out of 4 of the group. (I thought they were fine)

I was alone, but my room was for 4 people. So it was quite a big room to dedicate for backpackers. Breakfast was not bad and the bar was open till late hours.

Housekeepers disturbed me many times by knocking on the door before check-in hour. I was in the shower but they knock on the door many times that's why I had to quit the shower with the towel to see what was happening.

The best place ever and the nicest persons doing everything to make our stay as best as possible. Lovely familyowned hotel with the cutest little dog meeting us in the reception which the kids loved a lot. Great food! Nice atmosphere. Because of a taxi strike when leaving we were not able to get to the trainstation and they offered to drive us themselves! What a service! Love this hotel and the people here. We will certainly visit them again....Chiao:-)

We liked the spacious room, the wonderful restaurant and the care that we received from all the staff. The site was easily accessible from the motorway and the parking on the grounds was secure and spacious. You would need several days to visit a small part of Arezzo and the location of this hotel makes it easy to get to the center of town. The home made cooking was just amazing.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was very good, the room / pool / food were all excellent. The area is quiet and the hotel was also quiet while the staff were very halpful.

I was travelling on a motorcycle, the sat-nav sent me to the correct destination but the sign only said Sport College, hotel was not on any signage. Which made me think I was in the wrong place. Had to ask around to be told it was also a hotel.

Great B&B for family with 2 kids with parking but a bit of a walking hike to city centre (glad we had a car) and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to others.
