The staff were lovely, friendly and professional. We felt like guests in their house, and that they were proud of the place. The place is so charming and unique, we felt like we were living in a little piece of history, but with all the modern facilities.
No pool. It's hardly a fair complaint, but the venue and the hot weather were begging for a pool when we visited.

Great atmosphere, service ,food , staff. Cleanliness 👍🏼 design and location are amazing!
Poor working shower (slow and weak water flow) and air conditioner (very loud and poor cooling). Inside the bath the switcher to shower doesn’t work.

We always stay at this property, it’s one of our favourites. Very well managed, staff is very professional, Hotel and landscape surrounding it is like being at a resort. Food at their restaurant is very delicious.

I can't say enough good things about this lovely place. The location and grounds are spectacular, the spacious room and bathroom are utterly charming, the staff is exceptional, the restaurant is extraordinary. The head chef and his team prepared the most delicious meal of our entire vacation, and the servers are charming, efficient and very professional. It's a young team that obviously enjoys working together, and the guest really feels this positive and cheerful atmosphere. The only thing I could possibly have missed is a swimming pool, but the enthusiastic young staff made up for it by happily providing bar service in the afternoon under the beautiful old trees. Outstanding breakfast.

Location and view was excellent .the air conditioning was not satisfied. There is a lot of stains on toilet marble and bath since the place is vintage style . The breakfast was fine not much variety.
Air conditioning not efficient. I wanted to decrease the stay but the staff didn’t allow it.

Wonderful find in the middle of Gavi vineyards with spectacular views. Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Impressive grandeur of a time past. Restaurant experience a delicious event of a meal. Professional and friendly staff. would definitely return.

Different kind of hotel in the countryside. Lots of caracter.
Rural so there was only one taxi driver in town that is over priced a d only takes cash. we paid 30 Euros for a 6 min drive to the train station.
