I loved that the hotel was so close to everything. The air-con was very efficient. And the staff let us in even though it was 3am as our plane was diverted and we ended coming very late.

The noise of people talking in the corridor travelled inside the room, so we ended up being woken up a few times each night as people staying in the hotel had no regard for others.

Was able to check-in after 6pm. Our train was delayed over 2 hours but I called ahead and was met at the hotel when I arrived. Close to a fabulous restaurant-- Trattoria Da Erminio. Had our best meal there! And generous breakfast through the hotel.

This hotel is located in the historic centre. The staff are polite and helpful. Some staff speak good English. They will give you a discount voucher for overnight parking. The bedroom & bathroom are spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower has a lovely flow of hot water. The bed & pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is superb consisting of cereals, yoghurt, fresh croissants, jams, ham & cheese, fresh cake & pastries, tea & coffee machine.

Location, easy to walk to from parking lot with luggage.great shower , good breakfast host has good English.

Room had sloped ceiling and hard to get dark has ceiling window cover needs fixing

Well located, new and clean, with airconditionerx. Eat the pizza next door :)

The shower is a cubicle, it was impossible to give a shower to my baby son :( the air comditioner didnt want to turn on during the night… after it did

The room and the bathroom were immaculate. The hotel is in a caratheristic building, just in the heart of the hystorical centre

Breakfast wast OK, but bit scarce. The advert mentioned a free off-site parking nearby but we were addressed to a paid one.

Excellent stay in Assisi, the hotel room was beautiful with a lovely view and comfortable bed. Every where is hills in Assisi, this hotel is perfectly located just up from the main piazza and a short distance to St Claire and St Francis. My next trip to Assisi I will book San Rufino

Nothing bad all was good

Breakfast was good, staff was nice, room was very spacious

the walls are pretty thin so you hear a lot

- the girl from the breakfast was amazing, very friendly, helpful and nice. - the breakfast was awesome. The yogurt was great. - the bedroom was very nice and clean - the location amazing, very near the parking lot and there is a discount for guests.

- I sent a request for a late checkin and it wasnt answered by the hotel. At he day, I received a call asking when I would arrive. At the reception, the girl wasnt much friendly - the towel didn't have a great quality

Need to have a place to hang wet towels Also, the TV was so tiny, mi iPad screen is bigger
