Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very good and variety was of particular note. The room was large and bright. Water was replaced every day in the room. The bed was of a very high standard and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The outdoor pool was a very welcoming facility for rest after a long day of walking in the heat. Towels and freshwater were provided at the pool. The outdoor stairs to the pool could be made safer by adding a yellow strip to the edge of each step. The hotel is most suitable for business clients. The tourist client is not as well catered for and while the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, there was little knowledge of what was in the area. A very good hotel for tourists who have a car. Without a car, there are tours to visit Polignano al Mare, Monopoli, Arellobello, and a few beautiful cultural and scenic areas worth visiting. The train also runs to some of these areas. The old city of Bari is full of character and interesting to walk through the narrow streets and enjoy the beautiful Italian ambiance. Very good restaurants in the old town as well.

While I rate this hotel as excellent, it is very far from the centre of Bari and the Old Town. It is more suitable for business clients than tourists. However, I think this could be improved by supplying guests with a list of restaurants and other nearby amenities. A shuttle bus to Bari centre and/or the train station would also be helpful. There is a bus to the centre of the town nearby but the hotel staff did not have this information. If staying here as a tourist, a car is a necessity. The train station is a good distance from the hotel. The walk from the hotel to Old Bari is through many quiet streets. Taxis are available and easily accessible at Taxi points.

Greatest Hotel ever in Bari! Everything is just so cool, an intimate Hotel where you can really relax! Breakfast, dinner were just so good! Let me mention that all the staff starting from the young nice ladies at reception to Danielle are just so helpful and great persons, supportive and helping in every matter! Also, let me mention Alessia, Gianluca, Angelica and the other people in the restaurant are just GREAT people! We love them and kisses to them from Hungary!!!!! This was our second stay at HI Hotel and we will definitely go back!!!

Lovely room. Great cleaning staff. Coffee available downstairs on an ongoing basis. Also a kiosk to buy ready made sandwiches, salads etc. can charge to room easily. Breakfast amazing !, full buffet with lots of selection. Room very nice although our window was cracked. Quiet. We had been staying in a lot of B and Bs so nice to have all the amenities of a hotel. Very modern.

It says there is parking. There is street parking which can be hit or miss. This hotel is used a lot for meetings and so parking can be at a premium during the day. Having said that we also found something. Secure underground Parking for ten euro/ day. Front desk staff a bit aloof. Also if you don’t want to drive, there is a bus station close by but takes 30 minutes to get into the centre.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel with my husband and a 4 yr old son. The hotel offeris spacious and comfortable accommodations suitable for kids. The staff were welcoming. The amenities, including the restaurant area were clean and maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for families looking for comfort.

I would rate the hotel as excellent overall, considering its exceptional service, amenities, and accommodations. However, it's worth noting that the city tax, which was paid separately and not included in the price, detracted slightly from the overall experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel's other qualities far outweighed this issue, making it a highly recommendable choice for travelers.

The room was big and comfy. Everything was there and clean. I did not hear a single time the neighbouring rooms. I am traveling often and the Hi Hotel has I think the best breakfast I have ever had... and gave me the chance to have a burrata and pana cotta for breakfast!

Location, a bit too much outside Bari can be problematic if you are planning to visit the old town. Being there for business, it was not an issue to me.

The staff were excellent. In the restaurant Marco, Jan Luca, Christina & Anna Silva were excellent. Great service and always keen to help and engage with us. The front desk staff were also excellent especially Antonnella who helped answer and explain some question. An exceptional clean ( house keeping do a great job) and well organised hotel. We felt very valued as guests.

Only one thing. Guests need to understand that the catch of the day ( which was very good & well presented) is priced per kilo and not as euros on the menu. Otherwise no issue at all.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of variety and the food was fresh and very tasty Our room was spacious and very clean. Good views from the top floor. It was a shame that the pool area wasn't open as it was lovely and warm and would have been nice to sit around the pool reading

The pool was closed which was a shame. The hotel is a bit isolated, It's in a mainly residential area with no real facilities nearby. We had to wait an extra two days for our flight home because our flight was cancelled so it got a bit boring hanging around the hotel with nowhere to go.

I dearly thank the staff of the reception for their warmness and flexibility. From the moment I C/I to the moment I C/O, I was truly taken care off, even came in midway a meeting I had downstairs to just let them know I was "still there"... their smiles were legitimate! The room was simple, nothing too fancy but really clean, and with the see-through shower... Anyway, obrigado. Dearly, Luís Galão

Spacious room and bathroom,helpful staff.Rooms are cleaned everyday.

Far away from the city centre, 30 mins by bus. You have to ask at the reception for slippers, but they provide. Same breakfast. Only 2 glasses available in the room and they can be found in the bathroom.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The entire property and the room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast service was excellent with many sweet and savory choices. The juice bar was a wonderful thing with fresh fruit and veggies available to juice.

Overall it was a great experience. The only issue was hard to read signage to find the parking structure. Once there it was easy to navigate.
