The room is specious and the proprietor is a really kind, smiley and helpful Italian lady that enjoys speaking with you in Italian. I would highly recommend the place! It takes like 30-40 minutes to walk to reach the port and the old city, enough to see part of the ordinary city and you pass through the Russian Orthodox church which is a must see.

We've stayed at this apartment for 1 evening, with a very early check out, because of an erly flight. Big room, comfortable bad, fully equiped bathroom, acess to kitchen in any hour (and up there free tea and cookies :) ) Stuff helped us to order a taxi for our morning ride to the airport. Super acomodation.

Clean and spacious room, nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. The host Pia was very kind! Breakfast was simple, but still nice, coffee was good. Overall a good experience. :)
The only downside is the location, about 4 km to the old town.

The room was very large and had a nice bathroom. Pia also stayed up very late to accommodate my late arrival. Communication in English was very easy.
The place was not the easiest to find inside a residential block.

Very bad shower, licking, no stream, not hot ,warm. The tawels went through many laundrys ... Breakfast no bread. But muffins and hot drinks. Location not close to anything No parking at all.

Location was fine. Rooms were fine and comfortable. Owner ordered a taxi for us which was really helpful.
Breakfast was very limited unless you happen to like sweet pastries.

-Pia, the landlady, was fluently speeking english and made communication easy. -Room was clean, breakfast was OK
-Room was too small for two people. -No place to put and open luggage, no (but only one) clothe hanger. -Balcony present, but closed as a cage (I suppose due to safety reasons) so there was no view.
