Bathroom are a little small

There is so much to like about this modern and stylish hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to those on reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are of a good size and most comfortable. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. I had dinner in the main restaurant on all four nights. The service was impeccable, and the food was good. There is a lovely pool area and tidy fitness suite. There is a shuttle to both the airport and the city. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return if I was in the region again.

The location is a bit out of the way of the main tourist area. Yes, the hotel does provide the shuttle, but the first one is at 11.15am, which is hardly tourist friendly. This meant that I was left prey for the taxi drivers who wait outside to overcharge the customers with 'fixed price' tariffs.

This is a very nice hotel, with large rooms, also large TV in room with coffee making facilities and mini bar. The pool area was also perfect very quiet, the pool is big, also with a hydro massage bathtub and a sauna. The breakfast was super - you can find anything you want - different fresh juices, different croissants with different fillings, fruits etc. There are also several restaurants in the area.

Only if you want to go to city centre you need to take a bus or taxi as it is far by walk and in the area there is no shopping stores, you need to go to the nearest shopping mall - Centro Commerciale Mongolfiera Santa Caterina - within 10 minutes by car from hotel.

Bright, modern hotel with very good facilities and staff. Fantastic swimming pool and breakfast was outstanding. If we ever visit Bari again, this is where we will stay.! It is rated as 4 stars but we have stayed in several 5 star hotels this year that were not better!

Getting into the jacuzzi is DANGEROUSLY. My wife fell into it as she tried to enter. The staff denied there was an issue and pointed to a handrail which was too far away from the jacuzzi to be of any use. This issue needs to be sorted, not deflected and ignored.

- Amazing pool and spa area (sauna, steam room). Access if free for hotel guests, although you do need to book a time slot in advance. - Very kind service from the front desk, especially Deborah. She helped me book a taxi and answered all my questions. - Nice Bari city map and guide specific to the hotel (includes restaurant recommendations, dog parks etc close to the hotel). - Hotel is far from the centro storico, but quiet and still near many restaurants. Osteria dei 4 gatto next door was great! - Very clean and inviting interior. Decor may be a bit dated but still clean and stylish. - Spacious room with lots of power outlets, smart TV, nice linens. - Quiet at night.

Big room, clean, nice surroundings (Coop supermarket nearby, the Quattro Gatti trattoria next door is superb!), well equipped gym, nice pool area.

The scheduling of the pool should be improved. Time for families with kids is very limited, although adults without kids are also allowed during the family hours even if they have the rest of the day available too. One hour per day per room is also insufficient. I understand it can get crowded fast, but I think there are better ways to handle this.

The 24h reception was quite convenient as we arrived in Bari after midnight. The breakfast was quite good and varied and the service was great. The pool and wellness area were very nice, the kids really enjoyed it. There's also a garage with paid parking which is quite convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool and wellness area have very limited open times, so we had to plan our day around. Also the airport shuttle, even though it only runs at specific times, had to be booked 24h in advance, so we couldn't make use of it.

Very spacious hotel, I loved the architecture. The SPA. Was very good with pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and Sauna. The breakfast included a large variety of food, predominantly sweet but also with fair options of salty. The staff were amazing and kind. If I travel again to Bari I would definitely come back here.

If I have to say something, Probably a bit more selection on the breakfast of different cooked salty options

We arrived by car from the Bari airport at night. Check-in was easy and we parked the car in their underground parking (12€ per night). Our room was the perfect size for our family of 4 (with two kids aged 7&14). We were happy to have the pull out couch all made up for us upon arrival since we had a long travel day. The room was also very clean. There are about 3-4 restaurants right outside the hotel and of course the restaurant located in the hotel. The next morning, our breakfast was included in the hotel restaurant. It was a buffet with almost anything you can ask for: cheese, baked goods, fruit, coffee, tea, smoked salmon, deli meats, scrambled eggs etc etc. We were really impressed with the breakfast. Very happy to have stayed there and would recommend. We only stayed the one night so I cannot comment too much on the area as we did not have time to explore.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. The staff in the dining room were very nice and friendly, and they remembered our preferences for coffee 😊 We liked the location too. It was close to the highway and allowed us to easily get away from the city towards our visit destinations in Puglia.

The air conditioning didn't work well and didn't cool. The taps in the bathroom were clunky and felt cheap, and the water was not hot enough for us. There were power sockets only on one side of the bed.
