Imago is a real find. It's a hotel based on an ethical, sustainable approach (no plastic, local food) and is part of a wider project including supporting local start ups and art. Strong focus on valuing the local neighbourhood, not just the obvious tourist attractions. Located in a busy neighbourhood walking distance/short taxi ride from the main centre. Rooms were large, modern, creatively furnished. Great shower. wonderful breakfasts - best focaccia Ive ever tasted. Lovely roof terrace. Staff really helpful and very interesting about what they want to achieve. Offered great recommendations for local facilities, restaurants etc. This is not a typical tourist hotel - just a small bar (very well stocked with wine), no smart restaurant or sea views. It's something much more interesting and personal.

Beautiful minimalist room design , small balcony overlooking the street, the room was big enough for family of 3 and spotlessly clean Tea and coffee facilities in the room, complimentary water in the fridge 15 minutes walking distance to the old city Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area Delicious breakfast, that needs to be ordered day before The staff is very welcoming and helpful Excellent fast communication with the hotel prior our arrival

We liked the staff the most. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cozy. Would like to see more storage options like a real closet and or shelves to put your clothes, but not a big deal. The place was very clean, the beds very comfortable. The rooms were quiet and dark with the perfect temperature perfect for resting well and sleeping in. Our favorite part was the little bar with a breakfast to die for, great coffee and amazing cocktails to end the day. The location is great with a nice walk to the busy part of town but with enough restaurants and shops nearby

We liked EVERYTHING

The Hotel Imago staff -- I met Antonio, Angelica and Patricia -- are all remarkably kind and generous with their time. I have rarely felt so well taken care of. They not only saw to my needs but also gave me great local travel advice. I was touched by their welcoming nature. PS The breakfast was divine.

My room was large and the bed was great; everything was scrupulously clean and tidy but the whole concept is very minimalist. Don't expect drawers or shelves or hooks or surfaces in the bathroom where you can place your toiletries and such.

The property was in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the nearest station if you choose to get the train from the airport (only 5 euros and will save you a fortune on taxis). The staff are impeccable and go above and beyond, the hotel is also trying to contribute to being environmentally healthy and provide you with big glass bottles of water that can be refilled for free so that you aren’t buying more plastic from the supermarkets. Very modern with your own balcony and access to the rooftop also. We never tried breakfast so can’t comment on that but there was a wide range of variety by the looks of the menu. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend coming to this hotel :) Grazie!

Nothing I could fault.

We liked the room a lot - very large with nice functional fittings and furniture. Breakfast was lovely, on the terrace outside with very good produce. We also liked the social commitment of the hotel, in particular the hosting of its annual ‘Bari no ha il mare’ festival/symposium, raising awareness of the city’s tourism industry’s need to be sustainable and to be properly inclusive of the city’s people.

There genuinely wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Very friendly and available staff with whom we loved to chat. Sustainable options are available (solid soaps, local products, no waste…). The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The breakfast is delicious!! The hotel is not far from the city centre and the central station.

It is a modern hotel with huge rooms and an art vibe. Modern Scandinavian design. A very nice rooftop terrace. We stayed only one night and left early, so no impressions on breakfast etc.

Our two rooms were facing a wall, so no daylight, which was disappointing. But ok for one night stay. There were no coffee facilities in the room whichis unacceptable for a 4star place. Still, there is a bar with very good coffee and we had one 5 h in the morning, which was nice. The place is all day locked and one needs to ring a bell to get inside.

The hotel is charming and comfortable. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The room is huge, well designed and comfortable. They made us coffee at the bar when we asked without charging. The agenda of the place is interesting. The personal attitude is great.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not particularly attractive and is a little far from the center, although one of the evenings there was a charming concert in the square next to the hotel in a happy and pleasant atmosphere

Atention exquisit! Angelica it's a great host and we feel really confortable, the room it's beautiful☺️ Big and confortable, it's like an art gallery! I find that their approach to sustainability it's a very good initiative.

it would be good to aclare to guests that breakfast is schedule, specially for guest who are taking a Cruise with early check in.
