The room was comfortable and charming, staff at breakfast was very efficient and friendly. Excellent location near restaurants and short walk to the historic center. Convenient safe place to leave luggage around the corner.

The app for accessing the property gave a number to call upon arrival and no one answered. Luckily I had noticed an emergency number and they were very helpful as locating the code needed to enter the rooms was hard to find on the app. Biggest problem was parking. We had been directed by the facility to a nearby private parking that informed us on arrival that it had no overnight spots! It was a Saturday night with no parking available on streets and horrible traffic. The attendant took pity on us and found us a spot but a backup plan for parking would have been helpful.

A lovely old building, with the old fashion lift, one apartment with 6 private rooms, that had their own bathrooms. Our room could accommodate 3 people. Rooms have airconditioning with espresso machine and tea coffee making facilities. Convenient location, with lots of bars and cafes, pharmacies, convenience stores selling fresh fruit. Breakfast was delicious continental style offering cappuccino or coffee of choice.

Parking was an issue, you have to find parking on the street and read the signs as they are normally not free. There are machines to buy tickets 1 or 2 euro per hour depending on the particular street. After 8.30pm parking is free. Some are resident parking so you need to read the signs. The other option is to park in some garages on a day rate. We managed to find parking and wheeled our luggage to the apartment. On leaving we retrieved the car double parked and loaded our luggage. We were lucky during our stay not to get a fine.

The location of the place is good, and the house was clean.

The only problem was with my check-in. They didn't reach out to me, and I only realized it was a self check-in property when I arrived. I had to call them, download an app, and fill out a questionnaire while waiting in front of the place. I wish they had contacted me when they received my reservation so I wouldn’t have had to wait for half an hour with my luggage.

The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, located a few minutes walk from the old town. You need to do self check-in online but It’s really easy. The contact was via WhatsApp and I got all the answers immediately. Good breakfast. During our staying which lasted 3 days, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed once. No parking but it’s not a problem. I found a place in a green zone and left the car there so it wasn’t too expensive and what’s more important nothing wrong happened to it.

Great location, great connection with airport and a short walk to the city centre. Very good internet connection, perfect for working. Charming room, with lots of nice touches, little treats to make you feel at home. A good breakfast spread.

The structure itself was a little old, but the room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was done through an app, which worked well but could be off putting for older customers.

Checking in was nightmare Would prefer to meet someone and check in normal had to ring number to open front door then go upstairs put in code to box to get keys of property problem lighting very bad both in our seventys found it frustrating Would be more easier to just meet person to check in Otherwise no complaints

The position. Very nice room.The 2 laydies helping us with the breakfast and the cleaning. The bed. The smooth check in and out.

A lilttle bit noisy in the morning, because of the other guests. If you want to sleep after 8 am!

The place is very central, locationwise I would say unbeatable. It is maybe just few blocks away from Via Sparano, which is one of the main street with lots of high end shops. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The breakfast was enought ( they have croissants, milk, tea, bread, ham and cheese and a range of mermelades). The two girls who are the housekeepers are really kind and helpful. The place is silent and well isoleted ( acustically speaking) so I had no problem sleeping at night.

Smell of parfume everywhere a bit too intense. The instruction for the check in at first was not so easy, ,if u do not have battery on your phone it´s hard to get in. Pretty expensive for a night(in Bari pretty much everywhere)

Very good. Old town could be reached by feet. Near restaurants.

Self-Check in: the Video in mail was wrong. House entrance door: after telephone call is automatically opened. Floor entrance + room: is opened after input the code. An additional waste basket in the room would be nice.
