There were two rooms - living plus dining in one room and the bedroom in the other. It was decadent and suitable for people who needs privacy and space . Everything necessary from bathrobes to ample space to put suitcases was provided . Car park was less than 100m away . Staff was efficient and nice. The room was so high tech that it took some extra seconds to figure out the smart panel controlling the lights and aircon .

The air conditioning was inconsistent . It was quite irregular and we waver between hot and cold air throughout our 2-night stay .

The location was perfect. From the Hotel it is very easy to explore the neighborhood and the old city. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

Even as a Hotel guest you still need to pay extra to access the Spa area. Also, at the breakfast, if you would like to have scrambled or fried eggs, you must pay extra.

Exceptionally wonderful staff, really kind, open, natural and interested people, while at the same time very flexible and professional. The chef and her staff in the bar were wonderful, the breakfast was superb and everyone was very kind. The room was amazing. We stayed in the largest suite and the room was amazing, great design, spacey, very well isolated, beautiful bath and balcony’s. All in all we could not have wished for more.

The only thing that annoyed us was the heating jumping on to 25 degrees every time we went away, so the room was always too warm when we just arrived back. We had to lower this every time we returned to the room.

Firstly, great communication before we even arrived as we were arriving late. The room was really well considered with a generous bathroom, a beautiful floor and very comfortable bed.

We went downstairs late for a late snack and the staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was a standout with everything home baked and handmade in house by a lovely woman. We were only sad we had one night.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, couch and table. We also had a kitchen and a very warm and large bathroom at our disposal. The room was quiet so we could rest. Every day our apartment was refreshed and cleaned, which surprised us very positively. The whole house is beautifully renovated. Well-kept all places. Thoughtful details. The proximity of the object to the old town and the central station meant that every trip or walk was not tiring. The people managing and helping were VERY cordial and cared a lot about our stay. The breakfasts suited us very well. Very tasty and fresh products. You can taste homemade products. Delicious coffee to start the day. If we return to Bari or recommend such a trip to someone, we will certainly recommend this place. Greetings to all staff.

Location was great to explore both new town and old. You are close enough to walk to both, but far away enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. The room we had wasn't even a suite and it was huge, we had so much space! The beds are big and so comfortable, bathroom luxurious and beautifully decorated. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and stayed that way after every service. We also had a sizable balcony/terrace. The staff were so accommodating and answered every question and went further to help with anything.

Very nice hotel, brand new with very comfortable mattress and beautifully decorated. We had a room with an amazing jacuzzi that was like a little cave, unfortunately at night the A/C stoped working but the staff were very diligent and immediately accommodated us in one of their suites, I was impressed, it was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is also at a very good location, an easy walk to main attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bari.

The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom had great space and the shower cubicle was spacious and had rainfall shower. Lovely. I booked an apartment with terrace, which was lovely with a kitchen. They had facilities in room for hot drinks and also a mini bar. A very comfortable room. Beds were really comfortable and large.

Brand new luxury hotel right in the middle of Bari. Perfect location for a city break! Greeted by Danilo and the Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, gave us a list of the best Restaurants and even booked us in for meals. We stayed in one of the suites and was Absolutely stunning with a bath in the bedroom, huge bed, separate living room and fantastic bathroom. Was 5 Star Luxury and spotlessly clean! Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning and honestly the best breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel with a huge selection and everything mega fresh. We had a car and managed to get in to the car park the hotel uses just around the corner! Overall amazing experience and would highly recommend a stay!

As the hotel has just opened the SPA wasn’t open yet, but would love to come back when it is.

Well located and new modern hotel. Room was spacious. There was a lady by the name of Azzura (think that’s the spelling of her name) went above and beyond to give us a wonderful stay. I forgot some clothing and she contacted me and organized a taxi to bring me my clothing at the airport. I cannot commend her enough she truly made our stay memorable
