Great location in Centre city. The hotel provided great views of the valley below and the mountains. The hotel had a large patio area with great views. It was the 'happening' place in town. The menu was somewhat limited but the food was great as was the service. The hotel was very accommodating to relocate us after the first night to an upper-floor unit when it became available. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to go online to find us a bus schedule to Cortina where we wanted to go to better see the Dolomites. She even identified the best times needed to make the needed transfer/connection. All in all this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

The mattress was too firm but we have found that the beds at all the hotels we've stayed at during our three months traveling in Italy were too firm for us. They did have flatter pillows that we liked. We found the television unduly complicated and frustrating to use and log on to. It was a 'Smart' TV but trying to use its features was frustrating to the point we gave up and simply used our laptop to watch a movie in bed.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff super friendly. The view from the hotel is really nice and special. The room was very clean every single day.

The parking garage is difficult to reach. The price for the Spa is extremely high. If you have a room above the restaurant / bar, its very noisy until late. We would have preferred a room facing the other side or at a higher level.

The WIFI-ACCESS was automatically disconnecting frequently, and didn't work (amost hopeless)! I had trouble with my bicycle, and they even had an air pump for the tires! On the terrasse the service was average to slow for 4 Star Hotel. For cyclists you had no real ability to wash or dry closes...

Great location, rooms were super clean, spacious and tidy. Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great.

The car park was pretty tight, and the air conditioning was broken during our stay

Due to a very delayed flight I was able to check in just before midnight thankfully! The staff were really great. Everything was really clean and comfortable too.

If the downstairs door isn't shut you can still hear the restaurant in your room a bit but not too bad overall and I was there on a Saturday night.

The staff is extremely kind, concerned, and helpful. The room is very large. The scenery one can see from the room's window, as well as from the breakfast space is superb.

The bathroom should have an independent lamp, else if anybody goes to the bathroom during the night flashes a light on the face of the dormient partner. Second, it is difficult to place outside the door of the shower a towel where to put one's feet after the shower.

Perfectly located in a charming Northern Italian town. Garage parking was difficult but otherwise a great place with a good restaurant and walking distance to everything.

Underground parking garage was difficult for us but we managed.

My room was very noisy until 11:00 pm or midnight over the lounge.

This hotel was an unexpected gem. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was fantastic. Room was super spacious as they unexpectedly upgraded me which was great. Very modern. Staff was great. Facilities were fantastic. The outside patio bar/cafe seems to be the popular meeting hotspot amongst locals.

To be honest nothing really. The only real problem I foresaw was that maybe it would be super noisy late into the evening as my room was above the patio cafe/bar but it really wasn't an issue as the closed windows blocked most of the noise out and they shut it down at a reasonable hour.
