The service and staff at the site have been perfect ! My wife and I can be picky customers who are hard to please. After the first day, we casually mentioned the sleepless night caused by a noisy family with a child staying next door to us. The staff immediately offered us an alternative room that ultimately met our expectations. Additionally, upon arrival, we received a map of the city with comprehensive information about attractions, how to get around the city and gastronomic recommendations - as a result, we discovered a great restaurant visited by crowds of local residents, with a brilliant atmosphere and amazing cuisine. To sum up, if you want to stay in Bergamo, Academia Resort is the one and only choice. Warm regards for Ms. Nuala and Nina :)

Not enough time to stay there :(

Location was perfect. A short walk to the old town. The decor and property was lovely and unique The room was well equipped for a family and the AC was a bonus The front of house staff were amazing, going the extra mile drive my daughter to the pharmacy in the searing heatwave. We were very thankful to this.

The courtyard facing room was very quiet from the road noise, apart from the people in the room next door checking out early. Maybe sound-proof doors would be good? Also there was a window light above our door, which made our room quite bright at night when trying to sleep. The mattress on the double bed was not firm, so my husband had to sleep ion one of the bunk beds.

Spacious apartment with garden view in a great location. Both reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaners came into the room most days and changed towels even though it wasn't requested and not eco-friendly.

The accommodation is very well located for accessing both the Old and New Town. It is less than five minutes walk to a supermarket, bakery, and some coffee shops. It is located nearby two of the city's main art museums. Staying here gives you all of the facilities of the new Bergamo including easier access to the train station and bus routes but left you close to the historic sights of old Bergamo. The cleaning of the apartments is first class and the friendly, helpful approach of all of the staff makes staying here a joy. We shad a family room for 2 adults and 4 children.

The cooking facilities include a hot plate and a microwave. More than enough to whip up simple meals but you won't be producing feasts. Some small items missing from the utensils, such as a bottle opener, but these are only quibbles.

Fantastic location, fantastic service, fantastic accomodation. Clean, modern rooms in the heart of Bergamo. Loving it! Quiet at night, with no clubs nearby is a great place if you like to get some sleep. Includes the shower, comfy beds and a fridge.

The location was fantastic. Really close to both Citta Alta and Città Bassa. The person who checked us in was really helpful and provided some fantastic recommendations. The room itself was perfect for what we needed and the whole place was really well looked after. Would 100% recommend

Staff was helpful and friendly, location is Great - within waking distance from main points. Room was clean and well equipped.

There was a party at our floor that finished just before midnight with guest trying to enter our room „as they though we are they friends”. It would be nice to have bottle of water in room - but its rather just suggestion.

The staff was very helpful and communicable. Despite I arrived late, I did not have any issue with check-in. Location - perfect, close to the center and to the bus station Vittorio Emanuele, through you can get to the airport easily. As regards to the facilities, they were satisfying.

In bathroom, there was no bathroom fan. Though the room had 2 separate windows and it was possible to aerate

The thing about this place is that the location of the property was really nice. The price also matched our expectations and we loved how the apartments looked. There are shops nearby and also we could leave our luggage after we needed to go to the city somewhere for a long time (since our flight was in the afternoon this was a helpful thing)

The only thing I disliked was the way how they managed to get me a water for like 2.5 euro and talked about it how it is fresh and great water meanwhile it was just a classic sparkling water. But its kind of whatever.

Huge thanks to Nuala for being so friendly and professional. This was my second time staying at Academia Residence and it's been really nice, once again. The cleanliness is spot on and the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and bright.

My only minus is that at night there was a women - either a guest or a neighbour from the next building, I'm not sure - that was talking with another person and they were extremely loud. Of course this is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps a "keep quiet" policy after 22:00 would be welcomed.
