The accommodation was perfect, clean with fresh towels every day. We used this as a base to explore Milan, Venice and Lombardia area in general.

It was a bit out of the way for us as walkers. We found it difficult to get either a taxi or an uber and the train/bus station was a good 25 minute walk away. Also breakfast in the photos showed hard cheese and fresh fruit, there was no fruit and it was a small cream cheese triangle. Minor detail but still false advertising. Also it wasnt quite a city view, more of the back of people's flats. Maybe they will change description. But a perfect place to stay if driving.

The location is pretty good, near the Old City, theplace is nice, pretty comfy. Access is great, with a pin code at the entrace and door of the room. Carrefour very close by.

The TV is very old, we had problems with the internet connection and Netflix on it. We could not use netflix at all on it, so we didnt use it at all (we dont understand italian 😄). Breakfast is made out of 3 pieces of meat, 2 triangles of cheese, some bread, some juice, supermarket stuff. The coffe is not great… There are no fair dining places near.

The room I stayed in was huge! It was very comfortable and had everything you needed in it. Nice big bathroom as well. Every morning having a croissant and some bread hung up outside your door was a lovely touch! They replace the butter and big bottle of water in the fridge every day as well, all included in the price! The location was perfect as well, I visited a few amazing restaurants that were a maximum of 5 mins walk away so it was very convenient after long days of exploring! I really enjoyed my stay!

The only thing was the shower, the water somehow manages to get past the door even though it was shut tight and soaked the floor just in front of it! But easily cleaned up.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The place was incredibly clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The lady who hosted us was exceptionally polite and helpful, offering great recommendations that made our trip even better. That we stayed only two nights and not more 😁🤗

This is the second time we stayed here in a week, to sandwich our trip to Lake Garda. Lovely staff, nothing was a problem. Advised us on walks, restaurants and the best sites in Bergamo, as well as which bus to the train station as we were heading to Milan for a flying visit the next day. When we checked out, they checked if we needed any taxis. Breakfast was half in the fridge ready, and half delivered fresh the next morning. Shutters on the balcony door allowed us to keep the door open and still get air as it was very warm on Thursday night.

The apartment is very big, clean and with a good location to enjoy Bergamo. We received before our arrival all the info needed for the check in and after check out we were allowed to let luggages until our time for airport. Was an interesting way to enjoy the breakfast in the morning: some of the products were already available in the fridge and the fresh bread and croossants were provided in the morning. This was a very clever approach because if you were hungry late in the evening or thirsty, you had in the fridge all you needed. Well done for this! We reached location with bus 9 from Train Station and to Citta Alta we choosed to walk, around 25 minutes. Near the apartment there are some very good restaurants.

I really liked the look of the apartment we stayed in, it was spacious, had a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. I also appreciated the facilities like, a kettle, coffee machine etc. We had a breakfast included, and I must say it was plenty, we got a croissant, some small baguette (I guess), yogurt, Nutella, jam, some cookies, prosciutto, butter, cheese, milk, fruit juice and a plenty of options for a drink (coffee, tea...).

I was quite surprised how poorly soundproofed the rooms were, you can hear almost everything that's happening around, whether it's the street or neighboring apartments. Thankfully, the staff left us a pair of earplugs, so it wasn't bothering after all.

The location of the property was convenient as a stop in Bergamo to see Città Alta and to drive to Bergamo Airport the next day. The property is very clean and there is secure on site parking (only for a small surcharge), which is very helpful if you are driving as we were. Also the management places fresh bread and cornetti in baskets outside of your door very early so that you are assured breakfast no matter what time you depart. The rooms are very clean and modern and there are kitchens with refrigerators.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast food excellent (maybe it could be larger portions but it is enough for an average person). Code for entrance was easy and functional. Location is good for the old town, 10 minutes walking to the funicular, but too far for the center - 20 to 30 minutes walking to Porta Nuova. But there are busses if you need them. Stefano was an excellent host!

Room isolation not very good - you could hear everything from the street and on he hall (other guests). Lighting can be improved an pillows are too flat.

Plenty of room, a fully equipped kitchen which I could even find the bottle opener!

When I first arrived in my room (213) the smell of sewage has intolerable, I just didn’t call the administrators as we were exhausted of the trip and I decided to close the drains of the bathroom and opened the windows, the double door in the bathroom area helped to contain the smell. In the second day things were a bit better in that sense.
