First explained on the map where we are , where is shopping street, which way to old town (also what is interesting in the upper town ) Also explained how to go to Como Lake and Milano. He shown us two restaurants in the lower town and two on the upper town. Also he suggested to keep our baggage on the last day (free of charge). Cleaning every second day. Location is near the main street where bus "1" takes you to station, uppertown, Airport.

the room is offered with breakfast so the kitchen is rather equipped for cofee service. However there are pleanty of restaurants and coffeterias nearby so no need for the kitchen at all (my favourite one is T-Bakery).

The location is absolutely perfect. There is an option to use an underground parking space, which was really convenient for us. The center of Bergamo and the Citta Alta are on both sides and equally close, just a few minutes walking. We also found the perfect restaurant two minutes away (Trattoria da Adrian), which was really nice for the evenings. Cesare was a wonderful host, gave us amazing sightseeing advice which really helped us. The appartment is beautiful, clean and cosy, but bear in mind the walls are not going all the way to the top (so the two bedrooms are not very isolated in terms of noise). Even so, the view from the window at night is just amazing. I recommend highly this place, it made our stay full of precious memories!

The host Cesare was outmost hospitable and very helpful with explaining everything about the accommodation and the city as well. We found the best places, restaurants and shops to visit upon his recommendations. Our accommodation was in the city center, 10-15 minutes on foot from the downtown and the upper city. The room was clean and well equipped, the only thing we missed a bit was a small microwave oven but other than that we had a great experience, recommend it 100 %.

The apartment has an excellent location, about 5-minute walk to the Funicular to Cita Alta, or 15-minute walk directly to Cita Alta, 10-minute walk to the central station, bus station around the corner. The room is comfortable, cosy and clean. The host, Cesare gives excellent recommendations for restaurants, things to do or ways to reach places. We had an excellent stay here.

B&B San Benedetto exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped and well maintained during our stay. It is very closed to the city center, to the old town and bus stops, 10min walking from the Central train station and 20min with the bus from the airport. The most remarkable thing was the host, very communicative, helpful and smiled.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of all major landmarks. I cannot say enough about Cesare, such a gentleman. First our flight was delayed but he put us completely at ease about late check in with clear instructions to follow - this we were very grateful for as it was nearly 4am by the time we arrived! Secondly he gave us wonderful recommendations as to were to go and what to see, especially places to eat. Thirdly, our Italian consists of only a few words and phrases and I phoned a taxi to take us to the airport on the morning we were leaving. Cesare offered to phone them to confirm that I had made an accurate booking, again that added extra care making all the difference. We were very grateful. We would definitely recommend this San Benedetto.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the room was very clean, we didn’t have to worry about necessities, everything was stocked up:) the host is amazing, he was very helpful, we could contact him everytime we needed something, he reccomended the best places to visit in Bergamo:) truly grateful for that trip! We would love to come back:)❤️

The room was modern and clean. Also we had a nice view out of our window into the backyard with a garden the opposite to ours. The host is really friendly and could be contacted at anytime. He gaves us helpful advices for a nice walk through the citta alta and a delicous restaurant, which we hadn't found otherwise because it is a little bit hidden. We are thankfull for the lovely stay.

In the discription at booking. com it says that there would be a small breakfast everyday at the room but it wasn't. Maybe you must especially ask for it but the discription doesn't say it.

The room was large with a separate adjoining kitchen with a microwave and coffee machine. Each day the fridge was topped up with cheese, ham, jam, juice, milk, yoghurt, etc. - everything necessary for a filling breakfast. The room was super-quiet with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Cesare, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful with tips of what to do and see in Bergamo. The B&B is perfectly located at the foot of the Upper City, so perfect for access to everywhere!

Great location, kind of close to everything BUT specially to bus and train station. Fast check-in (later hours available too) & out. Comfortable bed in nice Italian room :) The host was friendly and available at any time you would need. We didn't need to bother, but it is a huge plus.
