The location is ideal, and the building itself is stunning. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I prefer a firmer mattress, and this one was perfect. The car park at Piazza Libertà is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel and costs €15 per day.

The morning noise from the hallway was quite bothersome and woke me up multiple times. While the sounds of guests leaving their rooms are understandable and beyond the hotel’s control, the cleaning staff started their work very early, which was disruptive. Additionally, a cleaner knocked on my door at 8 a.m. for some reason, which seemed unusually early.

It’s a great place to stay - central and very convenient to Car Parking and we paid Euro 15 for overnight. The property is great but everything is on line and you only see staff when they check your physical documents after you have entered. This is important because when you book online you believe you have finished but be aware - you need to pay City Tax before you can enter with the correct code to the building and your room. When we arrived at 3:00 pm there were quite a few of us who had no idea why we could not enter, but the reason was because we had not paid the City Tax!! So check carefully. Once this had been resolved everything worked well.

Beautiful property in a classic building on a wide piazza, featuring the donozetti theatre and cafes. Excellent location. Room was very large, clean, comfortable. Included a little balcony. Sunny in the morning. Appreciated the coffee maker and complimentary sparkling water. Person on site was very accommodating and helpful. The price was very low for such a modern and large hotel room at this location.

Entry is supposed to be contactless with an entry code that gets you into the building and your room, as well as an app with a button for both. It did not work flawlessly for me, but i was still able to access the building in my room without difficulty. (it may have been because my ID needed to be verified by a person on site. The onside person provided a new code and was helpful.)

Very good location in the center of Bergamo (funicular is 15 mins walk, full with restaurants, bars, cafes and bus stops are 5 minutes by walk), very nice house it is in, easy to find. The design is very nice and modern. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable sized. Getting into the rooms was a little tricky at first because the PIN didn't work at first but they answered the phone in like 2 minutes and resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend this place to stay if you want to spend some nights in Bergamo.

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever seen, new and spacious, in a great location in Bergamo Bassa (de lower part of the city), across from the Donizzetti theater and facing the promenade, 10 min on foot from the train station. The shower space was nice, great water pressure (which i always appreciate due to my thick long hair). The building itself is gorgeous, had large hallways and staircase, the elevator is new, all clean and beautiful. We appreciated the completely digital self check-in. Complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules for the machine present in the room and big bottle of water. It was a pity we stayed just for a night in this beautiful room, with such a comfortable bed.

The Inn is in a great location, quiet, no traffic. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable in a really nice building.

All contact was done by text. We were elsewhere in Italy and did not have phone network service only wifi when we could get it. This became a problem when we had to download passport photographs and details by clicking a link 2 days before arrival. We had to check-in using the link and a pin code was sent to access the building and room. There was no receptionist and you could not speak to anyone. A button on the room phone was supposed to link you to a receptionist but that button did nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and location of the room but less AI and more human contact please.

Spaciousness of room. Location. Very good value for money for standard of accommodation.

An unmanned reception causes problems. Entry time of 3.00 p.m. is fine but the ability to leave luggage at the property before that time is a problem for guests whose flight arrival may be in the morning or departure time may be late. Had issues with TV. This took two days to resolve. While there were many text exchanges about this, perhaps the problem might have been fixed sooner if reception had been manned. Stayed here many times and really like the property but I feel the lack of on site personnel is a negative aspect in deciding to stay here again.

Great location. Quiet room with very comfortable bed. Well presented room and bathroom Coffee machine in room spoiled by fact that only 1 coffee pod had been left for two people. Rang to speak to someone to get more pods about 5 times via phone in room but unable to get any answer. Next day there were 2 pods left out and on asking the cleaner for a couple more,she said she only had one which she gave me.

First time using this type of “remote” hotel and for me the last. Accept that some people like,but I like being able to speak to someone face to face if I have a problem i.e only 1 coffee pod left for 2 people. Paper cups instead of glasses. Corkscrew/ bottle opener would have been handy for people arriving with hand luggage on an aircraft and unable to bring such. Previous reviews refer to being unable to contact reception and the fact that the confirmation messages are still telling you to wear a mask in the public area would suggest that someone is not paying a lot of attention to keeping things up to date.

Very confortable bed. Liked the coffee machine but no instructions for use. Good shower. Good location. Was quiet. Entry code worked well. Lift good.

Needed 2 comfortable chairs not a slope back settee. No kettle as stated. Bathroom fan would not turn off one night. No breakfast available just a cafe serving a strange Italian…..white bread with jam…..breakfast. Very disappointing. No milk powder so coffee VERY strong. Thought it was expensive for few facilities. Proper hotel preferable
