Extremely well located, easy to access, clean and comfortable. Not noisy. Very good breakfast included. Would recommend parking at the outside car park (Staveco) and walking in. Only 12 Euros and a 10 minute walk,.

The property’s location was great for us. The whole city is really walkable and this was close to all the key bits. The building was a great space with loads of character. We stayed in Lanterne Rosse room and it was great. Really comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. The breakfast room was cute with everything we needed. We loved the plants in the hallway. The whole place felt really homely and great to have somewhere quirky. We would definitely stay here again

If you’re a light sleeper then ear plus might be a good thing to pack. Not the property itself but the street was noisy at points overnight. However it’s close to a busy area so should be expected and it really didn’t bother us.

The rooms are spacious and feel very historical/grand. I liked the feel of the rooms and the location was fantastic - can get to everything. Breakfast was a little better than expected (good variety) and it was nice chatting to other tourists.

The bed was very firm and the wooden box frame was difficult on the legs if you sat on the bed. No counter space in the washing area (sink) for toiletries....a shelf would be helpful. You should provide a better explanation of the kitchen and what you can get (it was good). I had some food to store and I was happy to have use of the fridge. The shower was narrow.....not much you can do for that! The room is noisy in the day - traffic!!

The room and its decor. The fact is that coffee, water, fruit, and juice are always available. I had a room with a view, with a lovely balcony which helps a great deal if you are working all day from remote and want to have a fresh air breath while looking at the monuments right in front of you. It was simply a short, yet stunning stay.

I cannot complain about anything, well maybe one thing, the noise from the traffic. Luckily though the room is well isolated and noise is surely bearable.

Lovely rooms in a historic building. Very friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms and both were uniquely furnished with antiques, generously sized, and had well-appointed bathrooms and excellent showers. The kitchen is well stocked with breakfast items available all day. We have already recommended Liberty House to friends and family.

We could not get the air conditioner to cool the room at night, despite putting it to the right setting. I forgot to discuss this with the staff so it is not their fault that it wasn’t addressed.

The room was lovely but the best bit was the balcony, which is why we had booked it. Sitting there with an evening drink watching the world go by was delightful. And only 5 mins walk from the central square made it a perfect location.

An extra pillow each. Only one pillow each was not enough, so we had to use the cushions. Also the four metal posts round the bed were hazardous as we both kept bumping into them, and overall they made the room look smaller. But it was a lovely large room so that was not really a problem, just bumping into them

Fantastic WhatsApp support and instructions from Nicolette, who we met at the end of our stay. Every question or request for help was answered promptly. Wonderful quirky kitchen had everything you would need to make your stay perfect. Home made cakes / teas and coffee available throuout the day. Great Italian breakfast included (fruit, cheeses, meats, bread, yoghurt etc). Great location within walking distance if everything. Highly recommend.

Bathroom cleaning was A rather than A*, but that’s just me. Massive bathroom.

The location was, spot on, situated in the heart of the old centre. Everything was accessible. Nice room, comfy bed.

Breakfast although a nice gesture was disappointing, limited choice and everything looked a bit dry and sad, so didn't partake. The noise from the street could bother some, especially if you have the window opening , but it's only to be expected in a small town. Ear plugs help.

Liberty House is in an excellent location. A very short walk to the Quadrilatero which makes for easy walking to great food and shopping. The accommodation host, Nicoletta, was terrific in communicating all entry and exit instructions and also provide some excellent restaurant recommendations (and kindly made reservations for us). Breakfast is available in the communal kitchen, but for a variety of reasons, we didn't get to try it. Very handy if you need to get up and out early for the day.

This is not so much a 'dislike' but rather just general information - the central train station is a fair distance from the centre of town, so we did need to catch a cab from the train station to the accommodation. Just need to factor this in when travelling to and from the train station.

This property is old Italian Bologna in a nutshell just fantastic for what we wanted, very central and good access to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Nicoletta our host was very helpful and was in contact with us when ever we needed anything and even sorted our taxi for early morning airport run. We would definitely book here again when we come back.

Not a dislike but there is some traffic noise in the evening but if you want central Bologna you will get this, it wasn’t a problem for us.
