The location is unbeatable - you are 20 metres from Due Torri and you can see them from your window. A few steps to many trattorias, pizzerias and cafes. There is also a COOP grocery store within 50 metres distance. Rooms are not huge but absolutely sufficient, well appointed and the kitchen is very useful.

This is not a bug - it's a feature. As you are in the very heart of the city, you are in a zone with limited car traffic. We could not catch a taxi to the airport on Saturday morning - on the weekends, taxis simply cannot enter the area. You have to walk a few hundred metres with your luggage to the end of the Ugo Bassi street. It's a price for a walkable city. Same goes for Uber, of course. Vehicular traffic on the weekends may not work for you.

Location was excellent; near sites, restaurants, and museums, and walking distance to train station. Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice layout. Great security. Comfortable and attractive furnishings. Great to have a cafe and a bookstore on the first floor.

Heat was unpredicable, and controls of the heat did not seem to work. Occasional noise from exterior corridors which was particularly disturbing late in the evening.

Location - Perfect. Access - Security systems (necessary for such a good Central location) work well. Always best to use the Via Rizzoli gate at night. The other one doesn't have a keypad, or if it did, I couldn't find it. Cleanliness - excellent (and I'm pretty fussy) Noise - I'm a light sleeper and it wasn't a problem. Sound insulation works well. Facilities - everything you want is there. A couple of recommendations - Meat/cheese platter in Simoni's (just off Piazza Maggiore). You won't be disappointed! Also, terrific ice cream at La Sorbetteria Castiglione (800 metres up Via Castiglione) - sensationally good. Don't think I've ever eaten better. Bologna is my favourite city in Italy, and I've been here several times. When I return (which I will), this is where I will stay.

Not much. Apart from Point 1, the comments are trivial and not important. 1 - The shower is narrow and slippery, and has no handrail. I did NOT like that. When you're nearer 80 than 70, that's an issue. 2 - This is a comment, NOT a complaint - the cooking facilities are limited, no oven and next to no cooking surfaces. Just be aware. The answer is simple - eat out! 3 - Coffee pods are ones I've never seen before. They ARE available in the city (and there are some in the apartment when you arrive), but it's a fair old walk to the only shop if you run out. So plan ahead! Running out of coffee early in the morning is a serious issue. 4 - Small point - as well as the 27 bus (mentioned in the Apartment Brochure) the 25 bus also ends up at the railway station.

Everything as it was described and even better! Felt absolute safe while we were in the absolute heart of the city! Very clean and well equipped! We had everything around us..bars restaurants in a walking distance of 2 minutes...but in the evening was very quiet because it's in the back side of the building.. We had the appartment with the terrace and 2 bathrooms for 5 people. Can't recommend it enough. Also very detailed directions for the check in. 👌👌👌

Can't think of anything negative...besides that I had to book this appartment for more days

The location of the flat was genuinely amazing and strategic. I worked for five years in Bologna, and this flat brought back many memories during our trip. My family enjoyed the flat a lot and its location. It had a big window overlooking the two towers. The flat was clean and comfy. It had the utilities as described in the booking. The hosting team was supportive and responsive.

We hoped that cleaning the flat would happen more frequently. We stayed a week in the flat, which was cleaned once. We were also short on toilet paper, towels and coffee capsules during our stay (since there was no frequent check on the flat). However, when we contacted the host, they immediately acted and serviced our request. The big window had an issue closing, but the host mentioned that someone would come to fix it (it didn't happen while we were there). We managed to close the window firmly, though.

Excellent location. Easy access. So good that A/C was on when we arrived. Felt brand new. Extra pillows provided. Cafe below was perfect for breakfast. Washer/Dryer excellent. Good to have a safe. Something to bear in mind is the train station us a 15 minute walk, taxis were hard to get. Nice to do the walk as most pavements were covered.

Apartment a bit noisy at night as it's front facing. Needed instructions on switches for the kitchen hob. Iron didn't work properly.

The location was great and very central to everything. We loved how easy it was to get around and grab breakfast in the cafe downstairs every morning. The staff was responsive and answered our questions and the apartment was clean and spacious.

We had issues with the WiFi disconnecting. The elevator was also slow and didn’t always work so we ended up using the stairs most of the time even to move our luggage, but luckily the apartment isn’t on a high floor.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Met our expectations. Great cafe directly downstairs.

The area to store your luggage was in a common area and was very small. We were lucky that by chance while we were trying to work out how to fit our luggage. Some other people were leaving and made a small room to accommodate our luggage. So be aware that this could be an issue if you will need to store your luggage.

Our 70m2 apartment was lovely with an outlook onto the historic towers- exceptional. The 40m2 was good, but the outlook didn’t match!

We received the access instructions only on the Thursday before our Saturday check in, having been told by Booking.com to expect these a week before. I missed the Thursday email, because by then I had started to communicate via the Booking.com app to try to find out the access arrangements and was told I had already received these. Communication then became confused when I unsuccessfully tried to use the accommodation booking pin on our booking confirmation to access the apartments. However, the agent did respond immediately when I used the telephone number provided.

We totally loved our stay in Bologna! The apartment was modern and spacious with a view of the towers and right in the middle of the city. The instructions on entering the apartment were easy to follow and we loved that we only needed a code to get in so didn't have to worry about a key. The welcome book had excellent restaurant recommendations and the staff were helpful and were prompt with any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here as all you need to do is open your window to let the great vibe of Bologna into your room! It was also great that it had a washing machine/dryer.

We would have like a toaster in the room.
