The hotel was good and clean. The breakfast was great. The rooms spacious. There’s a Mac Donald’s and a mall nearby.

The location is a little too far from the city center. The store at the mall nearby closed at 8.30 pm, so there was no chance to even buy a bottle of water… There was no kettle in the room. No tea or coffee. This is basic stuff. I think they do that so you would use the minibar. No slippers or hair conditioner. Why would you leave shampoo, but no conditioner? The cups at breakfast are too little. How can you drink tea from a small coffee cup? We booked two rooms, for me and my friend. I got the room with a double bed, but my friend got a room with a small single bed. The picture on booking had a double bed on the photo, but the size of a single bed in the comments. Misleading.

I liked the hotel had a good and varied breakfast but if you don't wake up early you won't have the same opinion cause they don't replace the items in the period. Good installations and nice receptionists. Good shower and comfortable bed.

It's a hotel for business travelers or tourists with cars for a short period, the location isn't good to visit the city. It's very far from any place, by car it's 10 minutes but by bus 30 minutes away! Considering that, the usage of the hotel restaurant was sometimes very necessary, but food and drinks in the menu were missing, not varied options for vegetarians and not trained staff. I had reported to the manager already, but I was mistreated by a waiter because according to him I wasn't at the correct table set for dinner, reason why he refused to take my order. Terrible situation! And finally, furniture, shower and bed are new, but old and dirty walls and carpets as seen on the pictures.

Excellent breakfast buffet with attentive staff and comfortable rooms. Free parking at the property and an easy drive from the airport.

The on-site restaurant closed by the time we arrived. It would be good to have other options available for food and drinks, as nearby restaurants were not a quick walk.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was bigger than I expected, had a great view and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for me because I was attending a conference at the local fair and was able to get there quickly by taxi, and could also easily get to the city centre by bus.

The breakfast was better than at most Italian hotels, but the food was usually a little cold when I came down and some things like pancakes and eggs were eaten up. However I always came to breakfast quite late in the morning and I think the quality would be much better if I went a little earlier.

The location is good, the staff is excellent, the breakfast is excellent, the room size is good, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel at a price of 2 euros per trip, the parking is great and safe in the basement, and it is connected to the hotel by a spacious elevator. For more benefit, you must have a car to travel outside the city, and take the bus to the old city, and do not waste your time by using the car to the old city center.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience with no major complaints. The room was clean and well-maintained, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious croissants and flavorful coffee.

The bed and pillows in the room could have been more comfortable, as they felt a bit too hard for my liking. Additionally, I noticed that there were no slippers provided in the room- this should be considered a necessary amenity in a 4-star hotel.

Excellent check in process......team on reception made every effort to make me welcome not just at the hotel, but also in Bologna.....lots of useful information and guidance on transport for example......hence i am back next week!

I was given an accessible room, which is a little uncomfortable for normal use......but not a big issue......i understand that the hotel must have these rooms and must be used for normal purposes also.

Fresh and clean hotel. It is quite far from the centre, 20 minutes bus ride, which does not sound far but having to do this twice a day in the summer heat was too far. We walked one day to see and it was 1 hour roughy. It is not the hotel to stay in if you want to spend time exploring the old town. The breakfast was nice and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Lots of business people.

Location - too far from the city centre. We were staying as tourists and wanted to explore Bologna and this hotel was too far. The bus connections are great - 2 stops near. But having to rely on bus timings and in the incredible heat you want to pop back to your hotel for a rest and it is too far.

a super clean spacious room, thanks also to the minimalistic but elegant furniture. the best thing was SUPER CLEAN (I say this twice on purpose!)m but also the shower was so comfortable, and also the bed was.

the room was hot, and the air conditioning didn’t work even after I called the reception and they told me they would switch it. we later understood from another hotel that they had to close all the air conditioning due to energy restrictions, but the man in this hotel didn’t explain, he onoy, automatically, said: yes, I switch it on for you. the breakfast was frustrating. an excellent choice, but everything was watered down. the orange juice had so much water that it was transparent, the mozzarelle were into tap water, also the scrambled eggs seemed watered. and the staff was not enough in number for such a big and crowded hotel, they couldn’t stay up with cleaning tables and refilling the trails. they simply need the double of the people at breakfast!

Large comfy beds with quality cotton bed linen. Spotlessly clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast situation needs addressing- staff were wonderfully polite and doing their very best but the lack of an apparent team leader/manager meant that it was extremely disorganised and resulted in a chaotic atmosphere. Food was very slowly, if at all, replenished. I was happy with the range made available (although the hot food was poor if I’m honest, the continental was more than sufficient). Overall it would be fine with a little organisation.
