The room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice supplies - soaps and vanity box. The view was nice. It was good to have mini bar and a fresh jug of water was provided each morning, I found the staff in restaurant, reception and Bar to be extremely friendly. The housekeeping was super efficient - my room was cleaned each morning when I returned from Breakfast. The television was of excellent quality and had ample supply of channels. The breakfast buffet was superb - very well presented - even Champagne on ice. The cheese, meat, fruit, bread egg and smoked salmon variety was excellent.

I would have liked to have a coffee making facility in room as I missed this.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed and nicely appointed. The grounds and pool were lovely. The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast was sumptuous. ( Nobody serves soft-boiled eggs in an egg cup anymore!) Although we were right over the restaurant, our room was quiet. The added toiletries, robes and especially the tote bag to take to the pool, were appreciated. The on-site parking was extremely convenient.

The only thing that disappointed was that our particular bed - a large king bed- had a soft mattress on my side, which was hard on the back. I solved the problem by sleeping horizontally at the foot of the bed.

Excellent breakfast! And the lunch we had there was wonderful!

Lovely boutique hotel, modern yet cosy. We had a very nice double room and our daughter had a single. Both overlooking the pool with a small balcony. Bonus of air conditioning in the room's which was much needed as it was 34c when we visited! Located outside city centre, but bus stop right outside, takes about 10 minutes to get to the centre of Bolzano. Nice relaxing pool area with pool service. The staff were excellent and a good breakfast spread. Would definitely recommend having dinner or lunch here, the food was excellent and a lovely atmosphere on the terrace.

Breakfast and evening meals were of a high standard. Room was very compfortable and wel appointed. Indoor and outdoor dining areas, garden and pool area were all perfect. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Free Bolzano Pass (including public transport, telepherique and museum entrance) was icing on the cake. We used it to see Otzi, and to make our way up and down Rittner Horn (Bus > Telepherique > train > bus > 2nd Telepherique)

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and primely located for travelling around. The scent of the florals around our balcony and hotel will forever be memorable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They provide you with a free pass for transport incl. the cable car nearby. There are robes and slippers in the garden view rooms and we really appreciated soaking our feet in the cold pool after lots of walking. We loved the breakfast and felt spoilt for choice by the salmon, fruits, eggs, granola, etc. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Bozen, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. The standout moment of our visit was undoubtedly the delicious dinner we enjoyed – a plate of perfectly prepared spaghetti with seafood that left our taste buds in awe. One of the great perks of our stay was the city card provided by the hotel. This card granted us free access to various modes of public transportation and museums, adding incredible value to our trip. It made exploring the city and its cultural attractions a breeze. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view it offered. Both our rooms and the restaurants provided extraordinary vistas that left us in awe. The combination of good food and spectacular scenery made our evenings at the hotel unforgettable. The convenience of public transportation from the hotel to the city center was another highlight. The bus station was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, ensuring that getting around the city was both easy and hassle-free. In summary, my experience at this hotel in Bozen was nothing short of amazing. From the warm and accommodating staff to the delectable dinner, the complimentary city card, and the stunning views, it exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Bozen.

- Not enough space for clothes if there are two people - Will be great to have partition between balconies - Cleaning was good but from time to time there was only one big towel, for example, or there was no trash bag or there was no soap.

The breakfast was great, the service of the staff was excellent. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was very good as well.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to cast your own streaming content to the tv in the room, because it was not set up. Would have been nice to have that option. The website indicates through photos there are more than one pool. This was not the case. The second pool belongs to one of the suites. This can be misleading.

Wonderful stay! The setting is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. If you need accomodation before flying out of the Prague airport, do not hesitate to book Hotel Magdalener. It was so nice to be in the countryside away from the hustle of city life and near to the airport (10mins by car) but without the noise. The restaurant is also terrific, have the 3 or 5 course menu with wine pairing.

The only small downside is the small shower in our room. I was not bothered by that but to offer one small critique.
