From the moment you walk in the door Marco greets you with a welcoming smile. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and modern. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Each morning Marco prepares a very good selection of pastries (home made) cereals, bread with coffee machine, tea or juice. The time for breakfast was perfect too, with even having access early on the day of my departure. I felt very comfortable with total privacy of your own card and pin access. Marco communicated the check in process and my room was ready way ahead of time so I could just walk in when ready. I can totally see why Marco and his property is top rated. The train station Le Piagge is only a few KMs down the road and the bus stop straight out front of the B&B. Do not go past booking this property, you won't be disappointed 👏🇦🇺

Nice option for a spend the night near Florence, cheaper comparing to the city itself. Super apartments with private bathroom. In the room really liked: - the beds and pillows, they were comfortable - bathroom, it was clean, modern and the shower had a great water pressure and temperature. - room was spacious enough As for check-in process, it was really smooth and fast, the host provided me all the details and codes in advance so when I arrived I entered the room without any problems. All in all the host was great and helpful. I would also highlight the breakfast, it was of good variety and it was in the inner garden, which was really peaceful.

It's quite far from Florence city, it took me about 30 minutes to get to the city, excluding waiting time. The area is super quite, but also has a lack of supermarkets and cafes. I found only few of them in Saturday evening. The room was on ground floor, so there was no view and I kept my curtains closed.

Marco was really nice, he speaks excellent English and the property is super clean, has double door with code. It also has a tree house which was cute. Marco served us the breakfast with different kinds of cakes cooked by him. Room was spacious and had a locker too. It had small refrigerator and AC. Overall we had a nice stay there.

The property is little far from the city, so travelling without a car could be little difficult.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The host family were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. There were bus stops nearby - about 200 metres.

Needed to travel on bus to get to city centre. Purchasing tickets was a nightmare - not available on the bus, a credit card can only be used for one ticket for one person, ticket machines only take 10 euros or less. Not the fault of the apartment owners but a significant consequence.

Marco, what can we say about you. We cannot thank you enough for the care you gave to us. We especially thank you for the your personal help in finding us a doctor and to be able to book an appointment in such short notice. We are deeply thankful to you and if we ever go back to Florence, we will not think twice to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

Marco is the best host - very hospitable, attentive and informative. He gave us great directions to get into town, by car and by bus. Breakfast was homemade cake by Marco with other great choices. Room was spacious and super clean and modern. Great indoor garden and patio - we were able to hang out after a long day. We highly recommend the place and will definitely come back if we visit again.

A wonderful place to stay. It was easy to locate and the parking was right behind the property. The host was very nice and had just taken freshly baked muffins out of the oven for tomorrow's breakfast. He was kind enough to share one along the container of milk to go with the yummy chocolate muffin. The room is quite large with high ceilings and a very comfortable queen size bed and a equally large bathroom. The shower is wonderful! I felt 5 years younger after using it with it's great water pressure and temperature. The Wi-Fi is lightning fast++. Breakfast was outstanding with a great selection. I certainly wish we could give 12s as this property deserved it.

The self check-in is super convenient. The location is great with easy access to the airport with bus 35. For the city center, we need to take a bus 35 and tram T1. The breakfast is amazing and Marco is super friendly and nice. His homemade cakes are super delicious! The room is exactly like in the photo and is spacious. Bathroom is also nice too!

Everything is great!

Everything was fantastic. Marco, the host, was really very nice. The room was beautiful, spacious, very clean and visibly well looked after. It has a very nice garden, which unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy. Who knows on a next visit. Breakfast was great, with a perfect cappuccino and a lemon cake from the gods. 🤤 It was also very important to feel that our cat was welcome.

The accommodation was perfect, so clean and comfortable, with secure parking at the rear. The included breakfast was lovely and delicious. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We had dinner and drinks at Si Mangia, a nearby pizzeria and pasticceria, the food was excellent and the locals were friendly and welcoming, well worth visiting while staying.
