Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, large bathroom, large bedroom.

Lack of privacy on the bathroom door. I and my family did not like the fact that the door was glass and everybody could see you unless you closed the partition door to the bedroom. Anyone entering the main door can see directly into the bathroom.

4 stars class hotel, clean and pretty wide room, great city view, good breakfast, check in and check out fast, wide hall, mini bus to downtown definitely a nice useful service, kind hotel staff.

At this price level, I guess it was quite weird to pretend additional 1.50 euros for one-way mini bus service to downtown. Pillows are awful, too soft. Downtown is not so close and - apart from the shuttle service - you have to change 2 buses.

Perfect for business trip visit and booking. Environment is silent and peaceful. Shuttle service availability to center from hotel. Facility should upgrade the room access system ( Key) and lift for easy access. Still room access key system with old access operations.

Hotel should educate or market about shuttle service availability and increase the shuttle service availability in morning sessions.

It was clean , smart , modern - just a little far out but would stay there again . Hotel free shuttle to tram was great

This hotel is well situated from the airport which was were I was headed the next morning. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the breakfast and bar was great and convenient. In addition, this hotel is spotless clean which is always a plus for me. One last thing that I really liked was that there was a shuttle bus that would take you the city center for only 1.5 euros per person each way. What a bonus that was!

My room was shy of the usual poshness that I have experienced in the past at this same hotel. The bathroom was small and very little space to place all our my bathroom items.

The staff was very helpful and nice and we received 2 bottles of water every day on our room which we appreciated. We didn't include the breakfast but we did have a pizza to eat and some drinks at the American bar (ground floor), both food and drinks were very good. The room had good AC and it was a comfortable bed. If we're going back to Florence in the future we'd strongly consider staying at this hotel again.

The bathroom wasn't as updated as the rest of the room but it was clean so this is a very minor minus. The other minor minus was the location, we knew it was about 5km from the central but the only public transport nearby was bus and it stopped running early in the evening and tricky to buy tickets (the app is in Italian only) so be prepared to go buy your car or taxi. We walked a lot which was nice as well, we got to see more of Florence.

The room was very nice, clean. Had interesting stuff like shower glass wall. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle to the city was really useful. But it kinda got downplayed by the parking fee. We went by shuttle to the city with the 10am shuttle for 1.5 euro per person. And came back with public transport. Route back from the center takes around 50 min with usually 2 bus/trams exchanged. Overall great.

it’s proximity to the airport is good and if you rent a car to do day trips away from Florence, you don’t have to fight the city zombies to get on the highway. The guest services staff upgraded us to a better room because during our first stay, when we arrived, our room was awful. The Jr. Suite is the only room you should book and it should face away from the city and away from the adjacent shopping center. This review is a much kinder review to the one I want to share for our first stay, because it’s asking about our stay during specific dates.

their maintenance staff seems to be allergic to fixing problems in rooms and the windows vibrate during high winds making you question whether they’re going to blow out. there were areas on the walls and ceiling where the plaster is blistered and buckled and cracked. the housekeeping staff seem to be allergic to putting coffee, tea, cream, and sweeteners in the room.

Really helpful and friendly staff, any queries or problems handled straight away. Very clean and comfortable beds. Contrary to other reviews, we didn’t find the room to be outdated at all. Bus into centre was great.

Location - quite far out of central Florence. Nearest tram station is 15 minute walk. Hilton bus was helpful but you don’t always want to plan your days to specific times. Room could have had a few more coffee sachets and milks, however this a minor complaint.

Awesome views from upper levels. Navette bus to city centre.

Very high prices. Bar and restaurant chairs were exceptionally uncomfortable. Being charged twice for navette bus. Busy stop is a long walk to the Duomo. No facilities/restaurants/supermarket in nearby streets, only a tired cinema centre.
