Driving a wide car might be an issue, since streets are very narrow and one particular turn made me 10 years aged I think - that bad it was. Everything besides that was just amazing.

Irene was the consummate host. Very obliging and organised to drop us off and pick us up from the train station and suggested a restaurant and booked it for us. Fantastic meal. She knows what there is to know in Signa and Florence. Very friendly. The accommodation is lovely spacious and clean. And a lovely breakfast to boot

Anticipating her breakfast every morning is an absolute delight, akin to the experience of indulging in a lavish meal at a luxurious 5-star hotel. Additionally, there is a rooftop deck where guests can relax and relish the breathtaking views of Signa. Without a doubt, this place receives the highest recommendations.

Locating the place can be somewhat challenging. It may be beneficial to provide travelers with a map for easier navigation. Moreover, it's worth noting that the presence of steep inclines could pose difficulties, particularly for those with physical limitations.

L’Orologio was the best B&B I ever stayed in. It is located at the top of a hill within the walls of the old medieval town of Signa. Although very high up it’s easy to get about if you like walking. My husband and I discovered little alleyways which took us to the main town and slowly made it back up despite me being totally unfit. For those wanting to travel to Florence the town has a regular train service so there is absolutely no need to move your car once is parked. The owner is very happy to pick you up or drop you off should you want to get about. The B&B itself is a medieval building that has been adapted to modern living. Is fresh and airy, very clean, exquisitely decorated and very welcoming. The room we had had plenty of space, lots of storage and a window overlooking the hill and the bathroom was also very modern and clean.. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. But the best for us was the host Irene. We had the most warming welcome on our arrival and we actually felt like part of the family. Irene is kind and extremely knowledgeable about all the goes on in the area and has recommended a few very good restaurants to us. We are already planning our next stay in this beautiful B&B

Irene is the most amazing host. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they want and need. The view from the B&B is amazing (especially the sunrise). Everything is comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. Strongly recommended!

You will need to take a lot of stairs to get to the property. Irene was very kind to give me rides from the station, but you may want to coordinate ahead of time if you have mobility issues. I would still stay given how wonderful everything is (especially Irene).

Irene was a great host. She picked us up at the train station after a long day on the train and continuously offered to pick us up after our long days of activities. She was a great conversationalist and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was amazing, and she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. When we checked out, she gave us a ride to the train station so that we wouldn't have to carry our luggage down. I feel like she really cares about her guests.

The property was in a historic part of town on a quiet street with a beautiful view all the way to Florence. It was close to the train station, which was a quick twenty minute ride into Florence. The host was very welcoming and we enjoyed our conversations with her. She also provided us with information about places to visit and recommended a nice local restaurant.

I made a very good choice of staying at B&B L'Orologio in Signa, on the outskirts of Florence. B&B L'Orologio exceeded my expectations in many ways. Signa train station is a few minutes walking distance and then it's only a 20-minute train ride to Firenze City Center. The villa itself is located within the medieval "Il Castello di Signa" complex. It is very clean and well-maintained with breathtaking views of the hills and the surrounding beautiful villages. WiFi system has been working so efficiently both at the first floor and the rooms upstairs without any interruption. The roof terrace also provides magnificent views of the surrounding areas, including the city of Florence and its Duomo as well. Irene, the host, is super friendly and helpful in every way. What I enjoyed the most was having the delicious breakfast at the round table with other guests of the villa. It was interesting to meet and have conversations with returning guests at the breakfast roundtable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this villa. For the first time at booking.com I felt the need to submit a review. I give Irene 10 at every category.

Very clean, very neat and amazingly decorated room and dining area. Our breakfast was of our choice and every day it was fresh, tasty and well prepared. The villa itself was at a great location, ideal for evening walks and had an amazing view of Signa. Our host, Irene, was the most welcoming and warm person, so it was a pleasure. We hope that the next time we see each other the printer will still be working! Overall, we spent an amazing time and have left with great memories in our hearts.
