The location was perfect. we were looking for a place out of the city and that was comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect to start the day.

Fabiola was such a good host and made us feel very welcome and the room was well furnished and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying there especially if you are looking for something different from standard hotels.

Very nice and welcoming staff. There is a coffee machine in the room. Free and easy parking in the yard or on the street. The location is very calm and nice.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors.

We had a very warm welcome and pleasant stay at the lovely B&B. Fabiola gave us local recommendations for nice restaurants, the lake for swimming is just 2 minutes away, the big rooms are newly renovated and very clean, eggs and tomatoes for breakfast were from own chicken and garden. We enjoyed everything a lot!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you! The building is in a good location in the mountains near a small lake; a little bit of drive from Lake Como or the City of Como. There is a nice country feel to the place- enjoyed it.

There is no A/C and/or fan in the room.
