Incredibly friendly , fantastic setting private beach , rooms all looking across the water . Quiet , some Amazing boats and Old Motorcycles in the owners Collection . Just a truly one in a million find !

Clean quiet and completely free to Wander etc

the views of the lake from the rooms is exceptional- the seating areas around the property offer superb views - we liked the nautical theme, the owner was very attentive and has some boat and bike memoribilia which was interesting to see.

Breakfast choice was very basic but it was all fresh- and only a comment about the location.. there is no resturant for evening food so we had to go out in taxi to lecco. This was good going but we found it difficult to find a taxi back. A suggestion-maybe the hotel could offer some local take away services to allow food to be delivered as we would have been happy to stay by the lake and buy more drinks from the hotel.

Fabulous location on the shore of the lake with private beach. The staff were all very friendly and did everything to make our stay a good one.

The breakfast was a little basic but it was sufficient.

A very, very beautiful place, and I expect it to be the best place in Italy. The owner of this place is a very great, kind, and friendly person. His manners and treatment are very nice. He deserves all the praise. The place is very beautiful, and he deserves to live in it during your entire vacation.

Owner. Location. Easy access, parking, everything. It also had a full restaurant. Served a full dinner that night. Local stuff, cooked fresh, on site. Filled with local, (not all guest). Food we the best, authentic dinner. I felt like I was eating at a locals someones kitchen table.

Astonishing location for breakfast. The beach is beautiful and exclusive for hotel guests only. Swimming in the water of lake Como should be on everyone's bucket list

It was hard to leave, but we will return. A bit more serious, there is a good balance between the vintage accommodation, however well maintained, with the abundance of the beautiful gardens, terrace and view on the lake and mountains.

Location was amazing Staff were fabulous Owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival and many other situations

The location is unique A big park with a lot of cozy corners, a long beach with chairs. Everywhere you can find pieces of old boat furniture and vintage motorboats. An old-fashioned, definitely fascinating setting.

I suggest to put a fridge in the rooms, to enrich breakfast and to provide a bar service on the beach

Great location at the side of the lake with space to breathe. Great host very helpful and obliging. Hope to return

Kettle in room to make tea please

Could not fault this hotel. We will definitely go back. Most relaxed location I have stayed on Lake Como. I could have sat in the grounds all day watching the lake. So so tranquil and peaceful. The owner is a fabulous gentleman and his dog is lovely. Could have taken him home.
