The hosts were amazing, lovely and helpful. Easy contact in English, all info included in the offer, no additional fees or taxes. The place is located on the main street, literally in front of a bus and railway stop, so it's really easy to get around. The walk to Lecco is around 40 minutes on foot but just 5 minutes by bus. The rooms are clean and so is the common bathroom. Every day for breakfast you can eat a pastry from their bar downstairs and drink a delicious hot beverage (tea/coffee) as well as a toast with nutella/jam :) A great way to kick off the day as it is included in the price. We had an amazing time and would reccomend! It was safe, clean and beautiful. You can enjoy a view of the mountains from each window :)

Big thanks for reception girl- very polite, wellcoming and takes care abou guests. location easy to find on foot /by bus from Lecco, safe place, clean. Big , clean shared shower + hair dryer. basic breakfast-coffee, toasts, croissants. From outside ir looks like old bar, but rooms are really comfortable for hikers or business trip, if you are planning to spent time outside. very good value for money.

rooms have thin walls and its located next to busy road- in the morning you hear noise on the street, but for me it was not problem to sleep well.

Comfortable, clean and very well organised. Martina and her family run a super special place in Valmadrera. Hope you have the chance to enjoy it. And, please, be sincere about your breakfast expectations, I'm not a sweet tooth and they rearranged something for me! And, most of all, if you are there for a lunch menu, don't miss it! It's food rewarding and village meeting rewarding altogether! If you have MOSQUITO allergy as I have, please be aware to bring enough repellent, cream protection and those wall,stuff because they can be wild around there!

Considering the price it's a great little family hotel. Excellent for a short stay if you plan to spend most of the time outside. Very close to city center, the lake shore and huge supermarket. I stayed for 5 nights in a single room and was totally satisfied. Simple breakfast is included. Room was very clean. Amazing friendly and very helpful host.

I didn't expect much, so I was completely happy. It maybe a tad noisy if you have a room facing the road (just a suggestion, my room was facing mountains and was quiet).

This is by far one of the best places I stayed in during my one month trip. It's clean, comfy and there is a nice breakfast. The owners and their daughter are amazing and very helpful. Will even go back just to see them again. Oh, and my room had an AC which was easy to use and got the room and the perfect temperature (I think this is just newly added). The trainstation is on the other side of the street and is good connected with Lake Como.

The hosts were super friendly and cheerful. Also, thanks to the bus station right in front, it was very easy to get around. We took the direct buses to Bellagio and Como and it was smooth like butter! :)

Our plugs didn't fit, although they were normal 220v ones (the outlet was a bit smaller). We figured out a way, but hope people can prepare themselves better

The staff were really friendly. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable, and amazing value. Incredible views of the mountains from the bed. Breakfast was great, including fresh figs from the tree in the garden and a good coffee. The location was good, a short walk from the lakeside.

We spent a wonderful time here. Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was very tasty with excellent coffee. Close to shopping, to Lake Como about 15 minutes walk. Train and bus stop near the property. However, the biggest plus was the truly family atmosphere! Thank you for your daily smile :)
