The airport shuttle was one reason I chose this hotel. Having a restaurant on location was another. The restaurant was quite good and fair priced as evidenced by the local clientele. The first room I was given was quite noisy from street noise. When I asked if the noise would abate during the night, I was given another room which seemed to be on the flight path. However, thankfully there was no noise late in the evening or during the rest of the night.

The bathroom is quite tight. Someone tall would have an issue with the second floor room that I was given due to low beams.

I loved my stay at this hotel!!! It is now my favorite place. Everything was so clean and the staff is so accommodating, friendly and pleasant. The shuttle to the airport is fast and the driver is friendly as well. The staff are very welcoming as well. It's like staying with family. I really liked that everything is charged to the room, so you don't have to keep using your card. Everything is put on one bill. It so easy.

I enjoyed everything. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The hotel made great efforts to provide us with the shuttle service even when we landed late. We called them at 22:45 at night and they sent the shuttle to Malpensa airport quickly. The keys to the rooms were waiting for us at the establishment. The next morning the shuttle took us back to the airport straight to the car rental company. The service was outstanding!

The showers were a bit small but there was hot water. We lacked vegetables at breakfast.

Really comfortable beds and room, especially clean. Plenty of space for me and my 2 kids...I actually slept in a bed by myself for the first time the whole vacation since they were excited for their twin beds! We only stayed a super short time before our flight the next morning but dinner was delicious (2 different pizzas) and breakfast was great! I actually wish we could have stayed at the hotel longer since everyone was so happy there and I would have liked to explore it more. Airport shuttle went very smoothly in the morning though on our way to the hotel there were some issues that were out of the hotels control (a race closed roads and we waited at the airport over an hr with my children crying of exhaustion and hunger), but I was also very impressed with the shuttle drivers. Everyone in the whole stay was incredibly kind and helpful!

Bathroom was a good size but the shower was itty bitty and made it difficult for me to wash my young children. I also couldn't figure out how to control the room's air but it was ok since we were just there for 1 night so we dressed warmly and slept well. Good tip is to know they don't have elevator so better to stay on lower floor if you have heavy bags or difficulty carrying bags up stairs.

We only stayed for 1 night, but the place was great. Close to the airport, breakfast was good lots of variety. There is a restaurant part of the hotel which was great! We had dinner there and the food and staff were amazing! It was super nice having a shuttle in the morning to get to the airport. That was included in the hotel price

Friendly & helpful staff, clean hotel, restaurant & rooms. White towels & white sheets. Breakfast box given as we left before kitchen opened in the morning. Couldn't fault it, will definitely be back on our next trip to Milano.

Getting bitten while eating in restaurant, not restaurants fault.

This is a lovely pensione located within 15 minutes of Milan Malpensa Airport. The surrounding village is nice and safe to walk around. The rooms and the breakfast were basic but very nice & clean. It is a good value for the money spent because the rate charged includes the room, breakfast, & round trip airport shuttle. The attached restaurant is very good for dinner.

There is no elevator. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Great location with Shuttle service to Malpensa. Excellent staff in hotel and restaurant. Great meals. Room was not as expected but was clean and comfortable. Highly recomended.

Bit of a struggle with luggage as no lift, but staff help was provided.

The staff was really nice, the room was comfortable and clean. It's 10 minutes away from the airport and it was very convenient for us. The breakfast was basic but nice, there were fresh chocolate croissants. We had a late checkin and there was no fee for that, and the instructions were clear and really easy to follow. We used the shuttle service in the morning and it was great.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and the pizzeria was fantastic! Delicious and great service. Even the bus driver was kind and very helpful. Highly reccomend Hotel Sempione, great value for money, definitely will be staying there again😃
