Clean, simple, comfortable

Everything was great except finding it. We came into terminal 1 and directions were not clear and it was in the middle of the night so not many people around to ask. Just fyi, you can’t walk between terminals, you have to take the bus. So follow the signs for transport to terminal 2. (There are signs for this hotel inside terminal 1 that take you outside but then, no more signs so it’s not clear what to do…from there, just take the bus to terminal 2). Hope it saves someone time getting to the hotel.

Hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal 2, which is just a short ride on the free bus that goes between the two terminals. Room size was fine and clean, bed was comfortable. Despite planes flying literally outside your window, the rooms are well sound proofed.

The location of the hotel means there are no shops at all around, so if you need any food you need to go back to the airport. I would have expected the hotel to offer some dining possibilities, although they do have some small snacks and sandwiches available for purchase. Would be nice to have some coffee /kettle in the room. But the biggest item that needs immediate attention is the cups they offer in the room. They are paper cups, so after you use them twice, the water starts falling out of them. Should be either replaced daily or else provide glass cups please. :)

The hotel is just next door to the MXP Airport Terminal 2 and good base to retire for the night if you have landed late in the evening or planning to board an early morning flight. It is also on the free airport shuttle bus route that connects to Terminal 1 and the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from 4:30 am to midnight. The hotel staff is quite polite and happy to answer all your questions! The hotel also has a small restaurant that serves limited but delicious menu until 10 in the night. The rooms are comfortable and clean and feature a huge TV. Surprisingly, the rooms are quite sound proof, as we were not much bothered by plane noises in the night despite being so near to the airport. If you are seeking a convenient hotel before/after a long flight journey this place is ideal.

Nothing much to dislike for an airport hotel!

Have stayed at this Moxy on a few occasions while transiting through Milan, must say it has improved a lot. The rooms while quite small are clean and in good condition. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have slept in a long while. Staff are always polite and very helpfull. Only down size, no fault of the hotel is that while being right next to T2, all flights have currently moved to T1 while T2 is renovated so you need to add time to catch the Airports free shuttle bus that runs every 20min, and drops just 100m from hotel. Taxi will set you back 30 - 40EU depending on party size and time of day, we paid 40EU for 6 people.

It is located at Terminal 2 at the airport. The location is steps away from the free circulator bus that connects with Terminal 1 so it is a perfect place to stay at the airport obviating the need for cabs or shutt;es to the airport.

All the things you do need without all the things you don't need. Good, fair-priced breakfast policy. You can pay (less) for what you need rather than a blanket, shovel down as much as you like for 15 Euro deal. Staff helpful, approachable and welcoming.

Location. Terminal 2 of Malpensa is deserted and appears mothballed. The T2 train terminal is closed. The only connection to T1 is a free bus service (clean and safe; stops across the road from the hotel). Runs every 20 minutes (ish) 5am - 11.00pm (October to May) / 4am - 1am (June - September). Journey is unexpected (takes 10-15 minutes) if you're used to walking between international airport terminals - 3.5kms in pitch darkness is no joy if you miss the last bus of the night. A bit of late-night aircraft noise...but you are technically staying at the airport and should be expected. The view (if your room is at the front of the hotel) is the Alps...nice! if you're at the back...it's a dis-used Alitalia cargo depot...not so nice.

Staff were friendly, food was decent (the small bar/restaurant doesn't have many options but was reasonable). Room air-conditioner and hot water worked well.

Downside was that it really wasn't as convenient as I hoped. All flights land in Malpensa T1 and the hotel is a 200m walk from t2. From t1 to t2 involves a fair bit of walking and a wait for the shuttle bus that comes every 20mins (and still has additional stops in between t1 and 2) . One might be better off with another slightly further off airport hotel with a direct hotel shuttle.

Location

The stay was very pleasant with great location next terminal 2, train station and buses by walking distance for terminal one and other. The rooms were great, clean with amenities and modern. The check in was slow due to many clients, however the staff was very friendly. However while checking out my daughter would stay in Milan and catch a late flight, thus she needed to leave her luggage stored at the hotel and due to a hotel policy it was not allowed unless one has a reservation coming up and not completed. This is not mentioned at the policy while booking making it very inconvenient for the guests.

Food serving sizes were very very small. teaspoon of guacamole with nachos? too few staff meant long waiting times for ordering/checking in etc

The hotel is right next to the Malpensa Airport Terminal 2. This was perfect as I needed to take a flight the next day at 06:00. I chose the hotel for the location but to my surprise the hotel was spectacular. Great facilities, I had dinner, they gave me complimentary water, the place is modern and clean and staff very friendly and accommodating and spoke many languages. I loved this hotel and it was right what I needed for a night before a flight.
